You can’t give Tihomir & Turtle apartments anything other than a 10/10. Such a welcoming host who goes above and beyond for his guests. The accommodation was lovely, spacious and clean.

Nothing to fault at all.

We were met by Tihomir when we arrived. He's very kind and funny! We enjoyed his homemade grappa in the garden and loved hanging out with all the little tortoises - there were babies too! And his cat Mimi is gorgeous and friendly. Wanted to kidnap her. The apartment is very nicely decorated - loved the styling, the view is amazing and the location is spot on.

Really nothing!

This is a gem of a property right outside the gates. It comes with a kitchenette so we were able to make some small meals. There is a small supermarket within walking distance to the apartment. The apartment is actually spacious than it looks in the photos. The garden with the turtles is the cutest. The host is kind but not intrusive. The walk to the old town is not far, but steep but we loved it. We spilt our stay inside the old town and here as well. I should say we like this a little more better!

Couldn’t find anything

Location is perfect, easy to find and basically gives you the luxury of staying in old town without having to drag your suitcase up and down a million stairs. Room has everything you need and the host is lovely

Located just outside the outer walls of Dubrovnik old town, 5-10 minute walk to get into the old town itself, depending on which entrance you took The owner is a really nice, thoughtful, informative guy and immediately makes you feel welcome upon arrival. The grounds are home to a number of free roaming tortoises which is a cute feature of this unique property

Lovely stay. Comfortable and clean. Super friendly host, who gave us lots of tips and information about Dubrovnik, and a great restaurant recommendation. The tortoises are super cute.

Mr. Tihomir, the owner, was very kind and gave us plenty of helpful tips for sightseeing. The accommodation is within walking distance of the Old Town, with especially easy access to the cable car station. Most notably, the view from the room is fantastic — you're sure to have a wonderful stay.

Location, views, and uniqueness of the property! Thr tortoises were also a lovely bonus and the cat Mimi!! Tihomir was very accommodating during our checkin and welcomed us in person with some grappa and a quick introduction to the area. Seriously, the view from the top floor was spectacular! 😍 The room even had toothpaste in case you've forgotten yours! Tihomir has thought of EVERYTHING!! The photos don't do it justice, to be honest!

My only suggestion is to have a bottle of water in the fridge when your guests arrive (in the summer it gets soooo hot) it would be an amazing simple addition :). But honestly, everything was perfect, and I would go back tomorrow!

everything was phenomenal! Exceptional apartment, spacious, with everything you need in a fabulous location and very quiet. The view is amazing from the upstairs bedroom living room. There is everything you need in the place. The turtle garden is fantastic too, there are soo many and tiny babies too :). Highly recommend!

Amazing accomodation with cute little garden and best location just across from the old town. Lovely well equipped room perfect for a couple of days. Thiomen was so welcoming and shared the best places to go with us and we had a lovely little welcome drink too! He also let us store our luggage after we had checked out which was very generous.

Property is right next to the wall. Tihomir was a wonderful host who helped us with our bags, gave us a map and drink and even did our washing. There is a lovely garden full of turtles of all sizes and it is very relaxing to watch the turtles. The apartment has a coffee machine and is tastefully decorated .

Excellent location. I had a heavy luggage and I entered the accommodation from the “pick up taxi” location (near the local bus stop, before the zebra crossing). There were only few small steps, so it’s easier to carry the big luggage. The host was so nice and friendly. He gave us all necessary information about the city. Love the turtles. They were so cute and we couldn’t stop looking at them everyday. The apartment was not too big but it has everything that you need, even umbrellas, raincoats…

My husband and I absolutely loved Turtle Apartments. The location is a short walk to old town (although many stairs, but that’s Dubrovnik). Tihomir our host was so kind and helpful. I am pretty fussy about bed comfort and it was superb. 👍🏻 Exceptionally clean with every convenience imaginable including espresso machine. My favourite part is the lovely shaded green garden with tables and chairs and 20 or more sweet little turtles walking around 🐢. Would stay there again in a heartbeat 💗

The location is perfect, very near to the city walls. Small but clean and well equipped apartment. Tihomir is the perfect host. What is unique about this apartment is the garden, which is beautiful and full of lots of tortoises; kept us entertained for hours😀
