Just a minor thing but the shampoos and shower gels were in very small packaging with was little bit annoying to use.

The breakfast was very good and versatile. The beds were one of the best I've experienced in a hotel. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Food, it’s totally disappointing not only in this hotel but on a whole island, you will find fresh squeezed juice only in mini market, very simple food for a very high price. I could name only the restaurant Dubrovnik on this island where the food was normal, but dimmer with 2 main courses (steak and homemade pasta +2 drinks ) costed 130 euros… food at hotel you cannot eat everyday at all.

Private beach is outstanding, good maintained, comfortable sunbeds. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Had 2 times massage in spa, highly recommend, very professional. Also big thanks for yoga classes and Sara, yoga trainer especially.

The breakfast wasn't great, there was a reasonable variety of options but expected more for the price and rating of the hotel. The fruit juice was syrup based rather than fresh. The air con in the room smelled damp. When we complained about it they did send someone quickly and they cleaned it and sprayed air freshner but the smell came back after a day. There were ants in the room when we arrived; they cleaned it and that helped, but the ants came back after a while. The hot tub needed a technician to fill it up as the plug was broken and the tub had a lot of limescale in it. The tub and the hotel in general need some maintenance.

The location is the outstanding feature, lovely views. The spa was nice, the beach was convenient and well looked after. Some staff were very responsive and helpful.

We really didn't appreciate the staff allowing selfish guests to put their towels on sun beds very early and then not using the beds for several hours.

A lot of things didn’t work. Half of the installations in the spa were out of service. One of the elevators was out of service for our stay and one night both were out. The shower and AC were lackluster and the WiFi was so bad I just used my data. Only one woman in reception was nice and helpful (Lucie) and the other women were quite rude and unhelpful. For the week we stayed we were given one set of towels for the beach & pool. We asked if we could exchange them for clean ones after 3 days and we were told no, we had to use what we were given the whole time. Also we got half board and I can’t recommend the dinner food. The price may be cheaper, but most dishes were either not what the menu said or not very good. Just better to go into town. Also there was a problem with wasps in the outdoor part.

The beach was the highlight! The views were amazing from the room, restaurants, spa etc. The free sun-beds and umbrella were very comfortable to use. The spa (which is included for free) is also very luxurious and nice to visit because it’s almost always empty. The property has been renovated sometime recently and a lot of features in the hotel and rooms are very nice (when they work). Most of the staff was very friendly!

I’m truly sorry to say this, but everything here is just far too expensive. Overall, the value for money does not justify the visit. We booked half board, but dinners were served from a fixed à la carte menu—not a buffet like you’d expect in Greece or Turkey. If you're staying for seven nights, the limited menu becomes repetitive, and if you don’t eat seafood, your options are even more restricted. I actually ordered from the kids’ menu one evening just to break the monotony. On top of that, drinks are not included—expect to pay €5 for a small bottle of Coke. Breakfast was okay, though the bread was often hard. Access to the island is only by ferry, but with limited departure times (usually early morning or evening), you’ll likely need the hotel’s private transfer. We used it twice, and it cost €140 each way for two people. If you want to dine at one of the few restaurants near the hotel—there aren’t many—you should be prepared for high prices. We paid €75 for two meat mains, one salad, and two beers. In short, the island and hotel are beautiful, but the pricing feels like a ripoff. Unless you have a generous budget, it's simply not worth it.

The hotel situated on Lopud island with a private beach. The hotel is beautiful, the beach is beautiful and well maintained with sunbeds for hotel guests. The sea view is just amazing and eating lunch/super at La Baja with a table 50 cm from the sea is just unbelievably beautiful. The staff is very nice warm and smiley. The SPA area on the 7th floor is great. The island coast is beautiful and it includes several restaurants bars and grocery shops.

The WiFi was very epileptic, it was always turning off . The Gym was a joke , had like 2 equipments . Location limits the amount of activities you can do as it’s far from town. The agency in the hotel in charge of tours were not proactive and you can end up not being able to go for any tours if you depend on them . You would need a boat/ ferry from town to the island.

There’s a lot of thing that they need maintenance, I was expecting more for the price. Like the gym didn’t work, the jacuzzi from outside either, and some other small things from the sauna and wellness section.

Hotel in last few days before closing which was not clear on booking, so many facilities closed and food/drink stock in the hotel either not available or very limited. Poor written communication. No hotel instructions or details in the room including how to use the hot tub The large wrap around balcony was orientated that it was rarely in the sun. Disappointed that again, this was not made clear on booking

There is a distinct lack of warmth from some staff. We booked 2 rooms so you would presume they would do their best to at least have them on the same wing. I requested this and a low floor. Neither happened. The hotel did respond via booking.cim but in Croatian. This is the third time we have been and we will come back, but it’s as though they know they have no competition so don’t have to try hard to please their customers. We have been disappointed every time with the staff but keep coming back because the views are stunning and we just love the island!

The location of the hotel is amazing - the views are stunning. The infinity pool has wonderful views and ideally located. The private beach is perfect. The location of the hotel is first class.

The hotel was tired in places - damaged beds by the pool, bedraggled flower beds, cushions not put out on outside seating areas. The outdoor pool was glacial - unpleasant to swim in - hardly anyone used it the 6 days we were there - the sea was warmer. Fountains also not working. Similar with the spa pool - too cold, and none of the advertised whirlpool/jet functions were working.It was also too small to swim in The indoor bar area that was used during inclement weather was soulless

The location of the hotel was excellent and arrival by speedboat pretty special too. Our premium, side sea view room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was one of the best I have experienced - plenty of variety and regularly topped up. Evening food was also good as we had to eat in due to inclement weather( plenty of very good restaurants in the charming village too- Mandrac, Obala and Peggy's were our favourites) Outside bar La Baja was very pleasant in the evening with occasional live music. Staff always friendly and helpful. The spa area was good to retreat to on a bad weather day
