It's not exactly an apartment. It's a converted garage. No soundproofing. I didn't like that the owner/employee came in while we were away.

A nice and comfortable room with a wonderful balcony and a beautiful view. The beach is very close, but you have to climb stairs, which can be inconvenient with heavy luggage. Otherwise, everything was great, and I really enjoyed my stay.

On the first day at check-in, my bus was canceled, and by the time I arrived it was already close to midnight. The host patiently kept the door open waiting for me, and I’m truly grateful. The room was very clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfect.

Lovely accomodation 30 minutes from the airport. Amazing view from a large balcony which is equipped with kitchen drawer. The room was big enough with a lot of storage space, so your suitcase is not in the way. Bed was comfy and big. There are also extra pillows and blankets available in the room. Lapad beach and a supermarket is approx. 10-15 min by walk, but be prepared for a lot of stairs (in general in Dubrovnik).

The room had everything you needed and felt very cozy. The staff almost felt like your family! You could see the beach from the balcony which made it feel way more like vacay mode

It's a bit of a climb and the place is in the middle of a stairway, which for me is not an issue, but I can imagine for those that are less mobile it's a bit of a challenge.

The price/quality balance is really good. The owner of the place was very friendly and he nicely gave us some hints about how to navigate the area. Nice and clean towels and bed.

A lot of steps from the bay up to the apartment. But plenty of Taxis/Uber around.

Beautiful view from the balcony but a lot of stairs to climb down to the beach. The kitchen was on the balcony which was cozy but I only one stove top to cook with. Told the hosts but never got an another one. No cleaning included but got new fresh towels every other day.

Unfortunately I got the only available art mr my without a view as on ground floor even though reviews stated sea view. Was very hot inside without air con on. Terrace was on road so not ideal. Direct broker comms not great and they said I could not store my bags last day but owner said it was ok. One heck of a hike each day back to apartment with no view. Make sure the ground floor is clear.. no view.

It was unclear on arrival where to go to get checked in. No signs on how to contact the innkeepers. We were delayed on our incoming flight and the place was darkened. The bed was uncomfortable; i could feel springs in the mattress and the pillows were lumpy and strange.

The views of lapad were wonderful. The room had spacious storage for our luggage.

If you don't like stairs and walking for some considerable distances, this isn't the place for you. There are significant number of stairs to the bus stop and also to the lapad beach.

Comfortable room in a calm and quiet locality. The view from the room is amazing. The property is very close to the popular lapad beach. There are bus services to old town from within walking distance to this property.

The pillows weren't comfy. And the stairs up is definitely a killer. Get an uber! I would also recommend to put a smoking ban. The neighbours were smoking and all the smoke got into my room and I couldn't sit on the balcony as much as wanted. The tap water isn't drinkable.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Freshly renovated bathroom. 5min from the beach and wonderful promenade. Also has a kitchen part which will make your life easier.

The view isn't as advertised be careful if you are booking for this we got given the bottom floor where there was no balcony and view that is shown.

The room size is good, lots of space.
