It's not exactly an apartment. It's a converted garage. No soundproofing. I didn't like that the owner/employee came in while we were away.

Close to the beach, only 8 minutes walk. Nice for family of 5.

On the first day at check-in, my bus was canceled, and by the time I arrived it was already close to midnight. The host patiently kept the door open waiting for me, and I’m truly grateful. The room was very clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfect.

The view isn't as advertised be careful if you are booking for this we got given the bottom floor where there was no balcony and view that is shown.

Lovely accomodation 30 minutes from the airport. Amazing view from a large balcony which is equipped with kitchen drawer. The room was big enough with a lot of storage space, so your suitcase is not in the way. Bed was comfy and big. There are also extra pillows and blankets available in the room. Lapad beach and a supermarket is approx. 10-15 min by walk, but be prepared for a lot of stairs (in general in Dubrovnik).

Nice apartment, comfortable beds, everything was clean and cosy.

There was no self-check in. Our documents were taken for literally copying the ID numbers and it made me feel worried a bit, it took more than 5 min and I had to go to ask for them. The landlord didn’t speak English well. The facilities left much to be desired. No shampoo, no salt, no sugar. I mean no basic things that could be easily left for your comfortable stay. No dishwasher, no oven. The cooker was so so. And the price for it was really high.

The room had everything you needed and felt very cozy. The staff almost felt like your family! You could see the beach from the balcony which made it feel way more like vacay mode

The price/quality balance is really good. The owner of the place was very friendly and he nicely gave us some hints about how to navigate the area. Nice and clean towels and bed.

It's a bit of a climb and the place is in the middle of a stairway, which for me is not an issue, but I can imagine for those that are less mobile it's a bit of a challenge.

The apartment was in a great location. It is close to the beach, bars and shops, very clean and the hosts were very friendly. Little kitchen on the balcony had all we needed.

A lot of steps from the bay up to the apartment. But plenty of Taxis/Uber around.

Beautiful view from the balcony but a lot of stairs to climb down to the beach. The kitchen was on the balcony which was cozy but I only one stove top to cook with. Told the hosts but never got an another one. No cleaning included but got new fresh towels every other day.

Spacious, nice owners, good air con, ok value for money, had everything inside you needed.

Unfortunately I got the only available art mr my without a view as on ground floor even though reviews stated sea view. Was very hot inside without air con on. Terrace was on road so not ideal. Direct broker comms not great and they said I could not store my bags last day but owner said it was ok. One heck of a hike each day back to apartment with no view. Make sure the ground floor is clear.. no view.
