Beautiful property

Part of the staff didn’t want to bother at all with customers. Example : The Barman did a terrible cocktail without measuring it (in front of my eyes) I kindly asked for it to be redone after tasting it. He left the bar instead. The second barman insisted on me having the wrong recipe while it was clearly indicated differently on the menu.

The place nice and clean. The room is big high ceiling. The pool very nice including the live performance at night. There’s plenty of choices of food. Staffs are good and polite

None actually except bus stop going to old town is a bit far and had to take Uber everytime.

3 major UK tourist companies use hotel. No beds left around pool when retuning after visiting the city at 4pm. Quite noisy from other guests.

Great hotel. Very pleasing on the eye. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool was cold but refreshing. Lovely gardens. Good location away from the old town.

A bit busy around the pool but a lovely pool

very nice place, convenient parking, but above all excellent breakfast and dinner... well done to the chef (it's not simple to be great like it was in the buffet formula)

Shower was very good, but over bath. Prefer no bath and a walk in shower.

Friendly staff. Cost of taxi booked through the hotel from hotel to airport was cheaper than general taxi. Good breakfast buffet

Hotel was nice and the pool was the best part! Staff were friendly and hotel was nice and clean.

Only thing to note is location, you will need to taxi in and out of old town. Close to the Port if you are catching a ferry.

This is an excellent hotel if you wish to have the comfort of a beautiful pool onsite. The breakfast is exceptional and all meals from the restaurant are excellent. It is quite far from the Old Town but easy bus access. Perfect access to boat tours -because you are right across from the marina. Beautiful views from the pool area into the hillside. Nice to have an open air movie theatre within walking distance!

The pool needs to be cleaned more effectively. It looks pristine - but the grout areas are slimy and need to be vacuumed and scrubbed.

Quite and restful

Our bed was quite a walk, or 3 lifts. It was a problem once we found the way.

It is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The pool is lovely. Able to park for 10 euros a day.

My room was rather a strange shape banged my head when bending to put some juice in the mini bar. The bathroom was very luxurious though. Food not very tasty, the buffet was expensive even with the discount, the food was luke warm and the lasagna, which looked delicious, was cold. Similarly in the morning the hot breakfast items were also cold, v. disappointing. Would stay at the hotel again, but not eat there. Staff were friendly and efficient, particularly the gentlemen on reception duty.

A lovely hotel - lots of charm, lovely swimming pool, friendly staff, and comfortable room.

Nothing - other than it's a bit expensive.
