A great place to stay in Split, a lot of thought has gone into making it a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Nothing to complain about or not to like. I am adding here only some notes to make the picture more realistic. The property is a bit small. Don’t bring a lot of clothes but better book it 🙂 Parking is not right in front but this city is not for lazy guys. However there are enough parking spots within 10 mins walking distance. Some neighbours feel entitled to live like there are no other people around them but…nothing we or the owner could do about. Question of education… We really loved this vacation. Thanks, Nicholas!

Absolutely everything was charming. The location was comfortable, in the heart of the old town. The interior - cosy, with attention to every detail. The kitchen was so well equipped that we almost wanted to cook..however Split and the surroundings are so cool that this willingness quickly disappeared :D The owner was super helpful. We didn’t want to leave.

We love you eat the food of the country but found it hard to find. Good restaurant recommendations from Nicolas though.

The area was beautiful and quiet. And we loved our little house. We walked up the steps and to the viewing point and beyond. Fully equipped kitchen etc.

A lovely little stay! Small but had everything you could possibly need! The owner, Nicholas is a lovely chap, couldn’t have been more helpful. A good location with some lovely restaurants nearby. I defo recommend!

Sitting outside of the apparment was not so charming, as all the guests from the neighour appartement went along the sitting place, to go to their appartements. Unfortunately no privacy on the terrace, but this is not a big issue, as the rest of this place predominated. No parking possibility at the appartment and all free parking places nearby are completed overloaded... so best to park at the parking-garage at the harbour, which is very expensive [€ 48,--/24h]

The location of "Little Palmina" was excellent to explore Split. It is just 5 minutes from the harbour and old-town with all the nice restaurants and historic sights. The appartement is fully renovated with lovely interior. From the kitchen, but better from the bedroom you have a nice view to the harbour. Can be only recommended and thanks to Nicholas for his kind assistance and hospitality...

Little Palmina was perfect for our trio to Split. Nicholas was so accommodating, meeting us to take us to the apartment, proving food and drink recommendations as well as having the basics stocked within the apartment. The air-con was brilliant, shower had great pressure and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! We enjoyed having some breakfast on the patio in the mornings and a drink in the evening.

Small apartment in the old quarter of Split. Very caring host, ready to help with everything. Lots of restaurants nearby, promenade and centre about 10 minutes walk, up the street is a park where you can find free parking. The apartment is well suited for one person to stay for a couple of days to sleep and continue travelling.

Little Palmina has a warm and quiet vibe, is ideally located close to restaurants, supermarkets, and the center, and has everything one needs available. Nicholas is a wonderful host, friendly, thoughtful, and caring. He gave me some excellent recommendations for places to eat, have some good coffee, or even remote islands that might meet my needs.

We liked everything

I’m giving this place and the owner 10 ⭐️!!! First of all Nikola is so helpful, he send us location of the parking lot and came to help! Rarely people do that. Second- his place is charming clean and comfortable. View from bedroom is amazing, sea view! Bathroom is clean. Kitchen area is equiped with everything needed. Also there is a table in front of apartment where u can sit at the night. Location is perfect, best area to stay in. Also place has washing machine which is useful if traveling a lot. I must say I recommend this place to everyone and thank you for hospitality! Me and my fiancé loved the place!

If you are a sensitive sleeper, you may need an ear plugs during the night because the refrigerator makes a noise from time to time and you are both in one small room. I was get to use to it after a couple of nights.

Perfect location for exploring both Old Town and Marjan Hill, in addition it is very quiet street and lovely and safe neighbourhood. The apartment is enough for one person and has almost everything you may need, including an iron, a hair dryier, a TV, a kitchen corner etc. I was missing only a bottle opener. 😅 Nicolas is a great host, I haven't had any problems during our communication. I've spent a week in this place and it was a lovely time.

We loved everything about this property.

This property was exceptional. Not only was it clean, cozy and comfortable, Nicholas the owner was outstanding. He led us to the property with clear instructions and even offered to come and meet us at our drop off point if needed. He gave us recommendations on places to go and eat which was great. Location was fantastic. Short walk to Old Town, bus stop, supermarkets and restaurants.

The shower didn’t drain quickly enough so the bath mat was drenched after a shower. It would have been lovely to have a balcony with a view to sit outside in the evening… but that said we knew there wasn’t one and it didn’t spoil the holiday at all.

The host was amazing, Nicholas gave us lots of information on the best places to visit. The place was really clean and cute! Well positioned and a lovely view from the main room window.

Excellent accommodation, squeaky clean, superb location, well equipped. The host -Nicholas- is super-friendly, outstandingly helpful, and responds immediately. Quiet on the one hand, but then very close to the center, the old town, and to all the major attractions, including Marjan hill forest. Highly recommended!
