A great place to stay in Split, a lot of thought has gone into making it a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Absolutely everything was charming. The location was comfortable, in the heart of the old town. The interior - cosy, with attention to every detail. The kitchen was so well equipped that we almost wanted to cook..however Split and the surroundings are so cool that this willingness quickly disappeared :D The owner was super helpful. We didn’t want to leave.

Nothing to complain about or not to like. I am adding here only some notes to make the picture more realistic. The property is a bit small. Don’t bring a lot of clothes but better book it 🙂 Parking is not right in front but this city is not for lazy guys. However there are enough parking spots within 10 mins walking distance. Some neighbours feel entitled to live like there are no other people around them but…nothing we or the owner could do about. Question of education… We really loved this vacation. Thanks, Nicholas!

We loved our accommodation. It was very cosy and comfortable. Close to the centre. We will book again on our next trip.

We liked the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. It is close to the promenade.

When there was noise around it sounded like it was inside the room-not really any noise cancellation from outside or the flat above

Great location, really nice apartment and clean. The owner was very nice and was happy to give recommendations. It was great to have a washing machine and a nespresso machine!

The area was beautiful and quiet. And we loved our little house. We walked up the steps and to the viewing point and beyond. Fully equipped kitchen etc.

We love you eat the food of the country but found it hard to find. Good restaurant recommendations from Nicolas though.

A lovely little stay! Small but had everything you could possibly need! The owner, Nicholas is a lovely chap, couldn’t have been more helpful. A good location with some lovely restaurants nearby. I defo recommend!

The location of "Little Palmina" was excellent to explore Split. It is just 5 minutes from the harbour and old-town with all the nice restaurants and historic sights. The appartement is fully renovated with lovely interior. From the kitchen, but better from the bedroom you have a nice view to the harbour. Can be only recommended and thanks to Nicholas for his kind assistance and hospitality...

Sitting outside of the apparment was not so charming, as all the guests from the neighour appartement went along the sitting place, to go to their appartements. Unfortunately no privacy on the terrace, but this is not a big issue, as the rest of this place predominated. No parking possibility at the appartment and all free parking places nearby are completed overloaded... so best to park at the parking-garage at the harbour, which is very expensive [€ 48,--/24h]

Great location! Walking distance to all major sites with easy access to public transportation. The restaurants, cafes, and bakeries in the area are all delicious.

Little Palmina was perfect for our trio to Split. Nicholas was so accommodating, meeting us to take us to the apartment, proving food and drink recommendations as well as having the basics stocked within the apartment. The air-con was brilliant, shower had great pressure and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! We enjoyed having some breakfast on the patio in the mornings and a drink in the evening.

The apartment is lovely, well-equipped and very clean. The neighborhood is very pretty with great restaurants, close to the old town and next to the Marjan Park which is beautiful with secluded beaches, good hiking routes and great views on the city below. The communication was very easy with Nicholas who is very helpful and respectful. I hope I can come back again! Thank you for the great stay!

Great location and very helpful staff

A touch small but perfect for 1 person

Small apartment in the old quarter of Split. Very caring host, ready to help with everything. Lots of restaurants nearby, promenade and centre about 10 minutes walk, up the street is a park where you can find free parking. The apartment is well suited for one person to stay for a couple of days to sleep and continue travelling.

Little Palmina has a warm and quiet vibe, is ideally located close to restaurants, supermarkets, and the center, and has everything one needs available. Nicholas is a wonderful host, friendly, thoughtful, and caring. He gave me some excellent recommendations for places to eat, have some good coffee, or even remote islands that might meet my needs.
