One thing that I didnt like, glass door on bathroom.

Hotel was good, view, food, staff. Prices im stores arround hotel are ok. Mini club for kids is great. Beach is great.

Just 2 small elevators for such massive hotel, it takes forever to get elevator.

The room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Beach was nice. The receptionist Sara was super kind.

Both elevators are outdated and too small for such a big hotel, you usually have to wait a lot to use them. No privacy on the balcony as the side walls between neighbours are low. Outdated doors to the rooms, wifi connection very poor. Parking space can be hard to find.

Good location next to the beach, great view from the balcony, tasty breakfast with lots of choices, playgrounds for kids next to the hotel.

I found the restaurants at the beach quite expensive.

It is by the sea. Rooms have a great sea view. The sea is beautiful. Suitable for small children. There are enough umbrellas and sunbeds at the beach. Pool area is adequate for those who prefer pools. Breakfast is good. Rooms and the facility is clean in general. There are markets where you can buy things cheaper than the restaurants ( not at a price of a regular market though). Walking distance to centre of Rabac restaurants are nearby.

Difficult to find parking space. Be prepared to make rounds. In the room you have only one electric socket. Bring extension if you need to charge more than one device. If you did not book room with half pansion forget about restaurant in the hotel. You need to find another place.

Location is good and everything can be reached by walk. Kids club is nice and my kids enjoyed. All rooms with sea view.

Room was not well cleaned (dust), some things needed maintenance, but the hotel sorted it put right away without complaining. However, I can't imagine being here in the summer (high season), with no shadow at the balcony (no roof), pools or the beach (except umbrellas) when it has to be overcrowded with tourists and vehicles.

Ideal vacation for spring (we were in the middle of May). Warm enough, possible swimming in the sea, otherwise always in several (salt or freshwater, hot or normal) hotel pools, excellent location for walking, running slat the sea level. Hotel rooms are great size, modern decorated, excellent breakfast with everything (coffee machines, juices, pancakes, yogurt, seeds, ham, cheeses, jams, croissants, eggs (several types), vegetables, fruit..., nice stuff always smiling and ready to help you.

Bathroom need badly renovation. Beding is not very apeling, to old and renkle. Staff was never smayling ,they look like they angry .

Few things to improve: - too small fitness area (max 3 people, each occuping one machine) with no AC - the balconies have nice view, but you cannot enjoy it as it has no sun covers and is schorching hot outside - the AC works only on at predefined temperature, for some it might not be cold enough - outdated doors to hotel room (regular key) - noise isolation is poor in rooms - bathroom needs to be also updated - we didnt like our experience during the dinner where the personel finds you a place and you need to stay there each night, we asked to be moved in because sitting outside was too hot, only to get sitted inside where no AC worked - on the beach there are lots of beach beds, but you need to rent them (25 EUR / day for two). If you dont rent them, you cannot enjoy the beach as they occupy most of it. The hotel beach beds are free, but they are quite far from the sea

- hotel complex is big and so it has swimming pools and options to eat really nearby. - food was great - room we stayed was updated nicely - well cleaned - swimming pools are nice - good price

The aircondition was turned off "centrally", a stupid mistake at the end of May. Not a smart way to be frugal.

Location is good, as well as the view from the room and staff. Refurbished building 70's style of tourism but still decent. However they should try to do a bit better with the cuisine and serving which reminds a bit of 70's or 80's style (I am from that generation so, i didn't' mind it much). Still good value for money and good for relaxation if you are not too demanding (if you are, go to some fashionable luxury place, like Nice or ...). Can recommend for relaxation and short holiday in May.

This hotel is not a 4* accommodation. We had to change room because of an awful sewer system smell. There are only two lifts which is very few. One was out of order two times for a day. The lifts control system is absolute misprogrammed.There are much less parking place as guest cars. There are much less sunbeds and sunbrellas than guests. Most of the sunbrellas are useless or broken, as like the sunbeds. The holiday here is a fight for parking place and sunbeds.

Foods are quite good.

General cleanliness of rooms, sighting a cockroach in the corridor. Distance from reception to rooms. No one to transport bags from car to reception, Decided to leave a day early without refund.
