Breakfast was repetitive, with very limited food and drink options, and was charged €15 per person, which did not feel justified. The bed advertised as a double was actually two singles pushed together that kept separating. We were not informed that parking costs extra, and the fee of €4 per day for a gravel lot was disappointing. The beach nearby was overcrowded during the season, and the water was murky. The hotel itself doesn’t offer much beyond the pools, and staff struggled with English, which sometimes made communication difficult.

The room had useful amenities such as a fridge, safe, clean towels, blankets, and a TV. The balcony with a sea view was a highlight and made the stay more pleasant. Staff were polite, and the pools were clean and suitable for families with children.

We had a lovely weekend getaway and would Like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Ivana Lemac for her outstanding assistance and professionalism ! Mrs. Lemac went above and beyond to accommodate us and her attentive approach truly made us feel well taken care of. While we did face a few challenges-front desk staff seemed inexperienced and had difficulty communicating in English or German, and our original room had no Air conditioning - they stepped in and quickly offered us a little camp house as an alternative. It turned out to be an enjoyable option and we really appreciated her quick response. Also need to mention another front desk manager whose name i dont know ( young Polish guy ) who helped us with getting us a wifi router. The property is nice although some rooms have not been renovated yet but Thanks to Mrs. Lemac’s excellent service our experience turned out to be a very pleasant one. - It would be good if there is more than only one coffee maschine at the breakfast room. Everybody had to stay in line for at least 15 minutes to get a coffee.

- Some parts of the hotel is already renovated. We had one of the 'old' rooms which I can't not recommend. Therefore, I recommend to spend a little bit more money to get the nicer rooms. - Very friendly staff at the outside lounge with good drinks (they also have food but we didn't eat there) - Hotel is located in a nice bay with clear water and is also in walking distance to the town.

A pleasant and Comfortable stay. Proximity to the Sea was amazing. Our bedroom was spacious and clean with good air conditioning . Bathroom and shower were excellent. Some Very friendly and helpful reception staff .

Breakfast far below average. One type of yoghurt: thin like milk. One type of salad: tomato. One type of bread: ok but not exciting. No type of danish pastry at all. Impossible chairs at our balcony. Very few beach chairs (I counted a total of 4), but on the other hand, they don’t look nice.

Very quiet especially at night (when the kids are sleeping). Lovely beach bar area. Nice outdoor half circle spaces for breakfast. Beautiful view. Wonderful bay surrounded by tall trees. Friendly helpfully staff.

Hotel need the reconstruction badly, but its good there are such placed for people who can't or don't want spent much. A/C is rather noise generator.

I would say it is still good value for money. Kind of nice bay Breakfast was ok, we expected less. Small pool for kids The beach around hotel if ok, way less crowded than the part closer to the town center. No EV charger around, but there is public EV charger at the town square in the center for free.

We booked a queen bed but received two small beds instead. The reception told us that the hotel does not have queen beds at all. This is false advertising. We paid everything in advance and did not get what we paid for. When we entered the room, the A/C switch was lying on the floor. We almost touched the exposed electrical wires when we first came in, as the lamp switch is located right next to the A/C switch. Extremely dangerous. The bedside lamp was not working. The shower hose was leaking so badly that it was impossible to take a proper shower. The balcony doors kept opening in the middle of the night whenever the wind blew, so we could not sleep. We even tried to block them with a chair, but the wind was stronger. The A/C unit was leaking constantly, and there was a bucket placed underneath to collect the water, dripping all day and night. Sleeping was impossible. The bathroom mirror has built-in lights, but if you try to turn them on, you risk being electrocuted because the switch had fallen off, leaving exposed wires. This is not visible at first glance since the place where the switch should be is hidden. Very, very dangerous. We left the hotel after one night.

The lack of communication. The fact my husband nearly got electrocuted upon first entering the room . Plug sockets loose , air conditioning panel hanging off , cracked tiles , complained everyday regarding our room being serviced and despite daily attempts our room wasn’t cleaned once in the week we were here . Everytime we went to reception they said they knew nothing of it … strange don’t you think ???

There was an awful smell that prevented myself and my friend from being in the room. When we asked about it or to get spray from the cleaners we were told by staff to use our own perfume and go somewhere else till the smell passes. I understand that it could not be helped but I felt as if the response was very rude. There was no seats for the pool, the first room we got booked into had one plug and no mini fridge until we got moved. The hotel also tried to charge me 2x for my last day of stay till I shown proof and it was more than the amount I had already paid for. There were no pharmacy or anything near by except one big plodine

The property had only some good rooms and the outdoor bar and the fact it was next to the beach was great.

Booked two months In advance a sea view room, with double bed and TV, they gave all of them to other clients. We got a parking view room, with two single beds and broken TV. We also paid in advance for everyday breakfast and a waiter followed us around the restaurant saying that we have to pay, super embarrassing situation. On top of that, a girl entered the room without knocking the door while we were inside. And there were broken sockets with wires sticking out

Room was quite dark but at least not too hot. Staff looked like they are bothered by guests. Not attending at all. They forgot to clean our room and exchange towels and toilet paper and when we went asking for this in the evening at the reception, the lady had a phone in her hand and looked like I am bothering her. Said she can't help me. There is an open room right next to the reception with toilet paper and towels and she couldn't ever bother with that.

Location was ok, we wouldn't choose it if we had to. It's quite remote. Breakfast was ok, something you would expect for 3 star. Beach bar was nice.

Unacceptable behavior by hotel management and denied refund after promise Review Text: I stayed at Hotel Miran Pirovac from June 14 to June 22, 2025 (Booking number: 5517575659). I had to check out early on June 17 due to an unbearable sewage odor in room 114, which made it impossible to continue my stay. I immediately reported the issue to the hotel, and the manager, Ms. Ivana Lemac, confirmed in writing that I would receive a refund for the unused nights. Based on this confirmation, I provided my bank details and asked for a formal refund letter, which was acknowledged. However, after I posted an honest review reflecting my experience, Ms. Ivana sent me a message stating that she would no longer proceed with the refund because I had written a review. This is not only unprofessional but retaliatory and violates basic standards of hospitality and fair conduct. I have submitted all communication to Booking.com support and hope that this situation will be addressed appropriately.

I checked the comments and saw that the rooms were renovated. But our room was not. The television was really old and it did not work. The beds were uncomfortable. The smell in the room was terrible.
