Ideal location in-between town and beaches. Perfect accomodation for babies as travel cots were provided and the apartment is very accessible with a pram. We were traveling with our 9 month old twins. Host was friendly and extremely helpful.

Great location ! Walk to beach is 5 minutes, walk to old town and waterfront is 10 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries/coffee shops and grocery store all very close. Kitchen has everything needed !

I can’t fault anything.

The apartment was spotless, extremely well equipped, beautifully organised, comfortable, quiet and well located. Darija is a wonderful host, very welcoming and she gave us every information we needed and more at check in, even booked the taxi for us from the airport and made sure we got in the taxi ok when we checked out. We were absolutely amazed with everything she provided in the apartment - we have been to many places before, but Momentum apartment was the best by far. The apartment has everything that one could possibly need.

The only appliance missing was a toaster but we used the sandwich press instead.

Fully kitted out & high quality. Terrace & garden for exclusive use. Could see to the old town from the garden. Plenty of crockery & cutlery in the kitchen. Comfortable beds & quality linens. Our hostess was most helpful, even arranging a taxi to meet us at the airport. Easy walk to ferry, train, buses & town.

Nothing really. It was hot (july) so no air con in bedroom was hot, but there was a fan for this room which did help, and an aircon in sitting room was great.

Wonderful hospitality from Darija. Lots of extra touches and fruit and wine really made us feel at home. The apartment is literally 3 minutes to the beach and 10 to the Old Town, so wonderful location.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, but the hot water did run out if everyone needed a shower at the same time and we had internet outages which Darija jumped to fix and did everything she could.

Location in short walking distance to beach and old town. Nice alfresco and garden to use. Darija was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Some less-than-picturesque areas between the apartment and downtown.

Super clean, wonderfully equipped apartment. Great towels, bedding, kitchen items, etc…. Fast internet, great TV and appliances. Location was very quiet and safe. Perfect host.

The apartment is centrally located with a safe parking spot within the property which is of great value in Split. The location is superb overlooking the harbour with beautiful sunsets and a peace of green and quite spot in the middle of the city chaos. The apartment is extremely well equipped there is even a box of toys for your little ones a little green garden you may enjoy as a prolongation of your terrace. As we stayed there just before Xmas the apartment gave you also that holiday spirit. The owners really thought of everything so there is nothing you will miss in here. It offers even amenities like toothbrush, comb, slippers, ... You are welcomed with a bottle of fine local white wine, finest tea selection as well as coffee selection and plenty of fresh fruit. This apartment is a real jewel and the host (Darija) is always just a phone-call away for any further info or support you might need.

The access to the car park is via a thin alley and that might be a little challenging to spot for the first time. But the host couldn't do anything about it as this was the only access to the property via car. so nothing to blame her. For a moment we thought we were lost but then we saw her opening the parking gate and we were relieved. Later we got to know that it is more about getting used to to park in the vicinity and it is way of parking there.

excellent place to stay with Family. Beautiful house with all the comforts and equipment you are used to at home :) The host was extremely helpful and was very quick in answering our communication before arrival. The location is also good. You can access Split beach with little walking. The apartment was large enough to comfortably house a family of four. The host placed a nice bottle of wine for the welcome and it was such a nice gesture. Croatian wines (especially from Bogdanusa grapes) are something to not miss. Overall, a fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay in Split and Momentum Apartment. We would like to say big thank you to Darija for her amazing hospitality. This is the second time we are visiting the apartment. We think this is the best place to stay in Split - modern design, extremely comfortable and exceptionally clean facility! All in the apartment is fully equipped and very functionally. Daria has thought of everything her guests would need. The location is more than perfect - it's near to the beach and within short walking distance to the old town. We highly recommend it and would happily go there again!

It was well appointed and the owner was very communicative. If I ever visit Split again I will definitely stay there. It was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Clean and spacious with gated parking.

It’s just perfect, obviously the owner maintains a very high quality in general. Really a great place, if we will come back to Split sometimes we will not search for an other one, but come here.

We had an excellent stay at this property. it is a fantastic location: bakery around the corner for pastries/pies/pizza slices and cold drinks; beach is literally a 2 minute walk and only 10 minutes to the old town. The apartment is spacious for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and the terrace a lovely place to sit out. It was very hot when we were there (33-34 C) and the air conditioning worked really well, as did the wifi. Darija was amazingly helpful and kind. She left a lovely welcome pack and answered all our questions. She assisted us in every way she could. would definitely stay here again if we return to Split.

The location of the apartment was great. Just outside the old town and in a very nice area. Easy to walk everywhere. The host was the BEST EVER! I can not say enough good things about her.
