The hotel staff was very good and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and enough to keep us going till the afternoon. The hotel position was close to the beach, supermark, and bus stops.

Location not good for ppl who already tired and want to use public transport as its very much down hill from main road. Hotel has no escalators so tourists will have to lift their luggage and that is too difficult if tourist already tired.

My room's window was right next to the door though which made it not the best place to hang around as I prefer some privacy.

The best thing about the property is that it is next to the new beach. You can sleep comfortable with the aircon on. Staff is great.

Nothing we really didn't like - we had a fab experience of this hotel. I suspect when the building work opposite is finished this will be an even more prime location, as it seems to be aiming to provide a boost to leisure activities right opposite from the hotel.

Located near good beaches alongside the sea. Despite some building work opposite, we had an excellent sea view from a private patio, with no disturbance. Staff went above and beyond, being really welcoming and friendly. Being a small hotel the range of food for breakfast was not as large as some bigger hotels, but all our favorites were there and we were well catered for - the omelette is especially recommended! We had a fantastic holiday in Split, and staying in this hotel made a big contribution to this. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking in the street was out of question, building site across street blocked sea view, breakfast was acceptable but not great. Hotel management charged us city tax despite showing them that it was included in booking fees.

Cleanliness, staff help, parking garrage for €15. Kudos to Lucia.

The location will be better later. When we were there, there was a huge construction site between the hotel and the sea. Minibar is very expensive.

The breakfast is ok. There's stuff to make sandwiches, some warm sausages with fried eggs and omelet, yoghurt etc. Staff is helpful and nice.

The breakfast was quite basic, without many options.

Lovely hotel just by the beach. Great, friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. The bus goes straight into Split from just down the road - I recommend getting the "Promet" app and buying day tickets if possible, doing so allows you to pay in advance and just scan a QR code the first time you get onto a bus that day.

Both minor things - there was no kettle in the room so no availability of a hot drink at night, this may not bother some but I need tea to do anything including sleep, haha. It wasn't a problem in the morning as breakfast is from 7.30am. The shower was just ok.

The location is brilliant. The staff really make the hotel as they're all so friendly. Check-in was quick & easy which was welcome after a delayed flight. The room was spacious, comfortable and had air conditioning, there was plenty of room for luggage and a safe and stocked fridge if you needed it. Breakfast is well presented with a nice selection, I particularly enjoyed the omelettes and it was nice to have some different things to try each day.

Very beautiful location everything is clean. We enjoyed the included breakfast. The staff is so nice. We walked to the beach which is a few steps away every morning.
