Room was standard and cleaned every day. Nice location with amazing view at the bay. Enough parasol and sunbed at the beach.

Unfriendly staff. Poor quality of food and drinks. Usually no food left 30 mins before end of breakfast/lunch/dinner. Only 1 coffee machine at breakfast for dozens of adults. Poor quality of services e.g. bike rental. Extra charge for fitness (€5) and for spare room key card (€8) despite all inclusive. Fitness equipment needs maintenance. Small pool always crowded with children. Cheap plastic glasses at the pool area. No adult entertainment.

I like the room size and it was very clean. The food was some days good some days very junky food. But there was option for me that eats pretty much everything.

The plates, cups etc in the kitchen was always dirty, always found something in the plate or cups. Accesses around the beach could do with some investments, beach area could do with some investments too, breaking removing some rocks to build up extra space on the beach side.

The location is beautiful, with amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere. The reception staff, especially Manuel, was outstanding – very friendly, professional, and fluent in many languages, which made communication easy and pleasant.

The room was very far from the main facilities, especially from the dining hall, which made it a bit inconvenient.

    Brilliant location

Bar facilities and choices were quite limited. We wouldn’t mind to pay for a good cocktail, but it was only all inclusive choices which were limited

    Not much. Renovated and clean.

The room was bare, though spacious. No amenities, no glass to drink water, empty bar, very poor internet connection. I had to drink tap water which tasted like chlorine. Wifi was completely open, not even a password to access it. The mirror in the bathroom was insufficiently lit. Really inconvenient. I checked in at 21:10, the restaurant was already closed; nothing to buy at the bar, not even some packed chips or crisps nor some nuts. They had absolutely no food anywhere. The only way to eat something would have been walking 15 minutes on a dark walking path along the sea and back later at night.

Beautiful location with stunning views, lovely hotel, modern and clean with good facilities. Really good value for money too. Boat trips available right outside the hotel.

There’s no where local to go outside the hotel, so while the view is gorgeous you need to walk half an hour to find a cafe or restaurant. Not an issue if you’re all inclusive but worth noting.

The hotel is located in an excellent and quiet location with a private beach and close to the main road to Dubrovnik. The staff is very friendly and warm, the cleanliness of the hotel is at a high level, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, as well as the large terrace. The hotel staff prepared a welcome sign for me and my girlfriend which is definitely a positive gesture. Thank them for that! All recommendations!

The only small remark is the parking lot, which was maximally limited and full, and there was not enough free space for parking it, however, this is normal in such circumstances, considering that it was a holiday and that the hotel was full of guests.

The location is truly incredible, but remote. In a beautiful bay, with clear water. The hotel had everything we needed (based on all-inclusive): very good meals, 3x a day; nice facilities incl. free bikes, canoes, tennis court, ping-pong etc., renovated clean rooms with beautiful view on the bay. Nice excursions: we took a boat tour to the Elaphite islands, which was a highlight of the week. Walking distance to the small village of Slano.

Although all-inclusive, there is little food besides the 3 meals in the restaurant, which for us was sufficient. Be aware that the restaurant staff is very strict on the opening hours. It is a pity that there is only one decent coffee machine, which was continuously breaking down. Unfortunately, the lounge bar is not very inviting, with its bright lights and busy kids disco. Given its remote location, it is handy to have a car or settle with the proposed excursions or just staying on location.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is exceptionally clean, and the sea water is crystal clear: perfect for swimming. The food was very tasty, although the choice wasn’t huge, everything we tried was delicious. The hotel offers great free activities: you can take a kayak, pedal boat, or bicycle for an hour at no extra charge, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The view from our balcony was simply incredible, overlooking the beautiful sea, and we also loved the sea view from the dining area. There’s a lovely promenade along the shore all the way to Slano - just about an hour’s walk. And Dubrovnik is only 30–35 minutes away by car. Free parking at the hotel was also a big plus!

The only small downside was that the pool bar didn’t offer many snack options, and after about 30 minutes, there was often nothing left. But overall, it didn’t spoil our experience at all.

The location was very good Quiet and not busy with guests There is some entertainment in the evenings It was clean in the rooms Free pedloes Sun beds aplenty Bike hire good

The drinks were awful, undrinkable and it was all inclusive I drank water! Beer fizzy, wine god only knows what we were supposed to drink it was like acid The food was OK breakfast being the best. Lunchtime was OK, dinner hit and miss The pool snacks lasted 30 mins then they took the food away shameful The rooms were small stated for 3 adults - no way 3 adults could get in the room All inclusive and people brought their own wine and spirits Cocktails were extra did not dare try any of them I will be asking for a refund
