Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location, room was pretty... Thank you to the lady in the art gallery for looking after us and apartment 2 for letting us know where we could leave our luggage until we departed. Communication was ok it took a while to reply on the last day as to where we could leave our luggage, we had left already leaving our luggage with the lady in the gallery.

AustraliaUnfortunately the nights we were staying there were concerts on in the nearby square which meant that it was noisy until about 11. Then workers were outside the building packing equipment up at about 5:30. Not the host’s fault. A lot of foot traffic outside also contributed to the noise. No lift.
We were met by the host who helped us get our bags up the stairs to the accommodation. The room was a reasonable size without being big. The bathroom was well fitted out. Located in the middle of the old town

AustraliaThere is no lift so we had to climb 3 flights of stairs which is ok but if you have heavy suitcases - take your time and the host will also help you take them up. It's a bit hard to find - especially if you get to the place early to drop off cases as the rooms are above an ART gallery. Art Gallery only opens at 10 am so you may have to have breakfast first. Look for a large green door. Otherwise, host is very nice and will help you out.
Right in the middle of the old town of Split. Very convenient to all the restaurants and close to the water.

I thought the room was so cute! The bed was nice and comfy. The bathroom was clean and very nice. And the staff were friendly. And the location was awesome.

United StatesThe only thing was that the wifi in our room (room 5) did not work well as it had to penetrate huge stone walls. This made it a bit difficult for us as we only used wifi during our vacation. The wifi did work outside of the room and I believed it worked in all the other rooms, our room was just in a difficult position.
The location is fabulous, right in the middle of the Old Town. The room was large and comfortable and clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent. It is inside the city walls and very convenient to all the sights, many great restaurants and the waterfront. It is also within a short walking distance to the ferry terminal. The host, Marko provided transport from the airport to the hotel. It was very hot during the time that I was in Split so he suggested that I take the ferry to Brac Island for a day trip. It was a great suggestion and turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip.

It is an easy ten minute walk to the transport hub. On the ground floor there is an art gallery from where a broad marble staircase leads upwards and 53 steps later you reach the delightful accommodation.. The friendly manager kindly helped us up the stairs with our luggage at check-in

Kind staff - carried my luggage up the 3 flights of steps for me. Easy check-in and the transfer with Marko was a pleasure. The location was perfect and central to everything in the Old Town.
