The hotel is located on a hill so it is not suitable for anyone with poor mobility. Would like tea and coffee making facilities in the room and felt water should have been provided free of charge.

We loved our time at this hotel. It is located very close to the centre but on an incline. Hotel is of a very high standard especially the pool area. Rooms are small but most rooms have a beautiful view from the balcony. Beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning is automatically controlled making rooms more comfortable. Staff are friendly efficient and helpful and we were very impressed that our luggage was collected from the port and transported to our hotel and again on departure dropped to the port free of charge. The restaurant and pool bar offer a reasonably priced good quality varied food and drinks menu. Breakfast which is included in the price was very good. We will be back.

Injured foot on sharp step into bathroom.

Front desk were helpful and changed rooms when we had a problem. Modern, simple rooms. Pool a good size abd plenty of sunbeds. Good breakfast selection. Nice short 10 minute stroll into town. Quiet area close to both town and beaches.

So over the past 10 years I have stayed at your hotel 7 or 8 times. But when I check-in staff never seem to know that I am a returning guest. I have always booked through booking.com, so I am not sure why my history is not visible .

The room was too small - not easy to store the stuffs of 2 persons for only 3 days. It's possible to park your car near to the hotel, but I think it's good to know that except for the 5-6 places in front of the building, for the rest it is "wild parking", which works and is kind of allowed around there.

Very nice atmosphere, nice design, beautiful place. We really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast buffet. The staff was also very nice and efficient.

It is wrong for the hotel to ask and get a deposit for each day 50 euro. Even the best hotels do not collect a deposit in advance. If the person causes a problem in the hotel or damages the room, then the money is collected. You are a hotel, not renting a house. So how many days you stay you must to pay 50 euro for each day not acceptable. Also you not drink anything else from minibar but they add some water prices in your bills so be careful guys and check very deeply with reception.

Our mattress was a bit old and uncomfortable.

The hotel is very well located, the room was clean, and breakfast and restaurant were great. All the staff was also very helpful during the whole of our stay (they offer a service to take our luggage to the port which is very handy, and we booked a tour to the Vis island with the reception desk that also saved us time). Would definitely come back.

Upon arrival on the island, a luggage transfer was waiting for me, which initially seemed like a very pleasant welcome! When I finally arrived at the hotel after a six-hour travel day and a walk of about 10 to 15minutes, the transfer still had to arrive, which wasn't a problem at all. The receptionist said it wouldn't take longer than 10 minutes, but I waited 40 minutes only to discover that my luggage had been delivered to the wrong hotel. As compensation, the hotel provided a voucher for dinner at the hotel, though in my opinion, it wasn't clearly stated that this could only be used for one main course. When the dishes were served, my main course was placed first, and then the starter was served 5 minutes later.

The hotel overall was good! Good location and reasonably easy to reach.

Hotel is up quite a steep hill so that’s something to keep in mind for less mobile people wanting to book, however only about a 10 min walk to the harbour so nice a close

Loved the pool! Pool bar also had good food and drinks with reasonable prices! Breakfast was also really good, plenty of options. Room comfortable and spacious, very clean too.

Generally we liked everything, but I think the room was maybe a little small and there wasn’t any coffee or tea making facilities in our room which we would have liked (but the fridge was great). The mattress and bathroom could also do with a bit of an upgrade. Also, getting to the property with large suitcases was a nightmare as it’s up a steep hill, especially in 30 degree heat! We weren’t told that there was an option to have our bags collected from the ferry port - something we very much wished we knew! Luckily we used the service on the way home but, this service should be made much clearer, especially for first time guests.

The location of the property (walking distance to Hvar town) along with having a lovely pool & sun loungers, as well as being close to the coast, was a perfect combination! The breakfast was lovely with loads of choice and fresh food. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Appears to be known and much used by “party aged” guests. So if that is your mood, this place is great. For those who want calm and sleep, not so much. We had much noise from the neighbour bedroom, two party animals…

Room and bathroom were smaller than expected. The “balcony with a sea view” description was somewhat inaccurate. Technically, I could see the water, but it was mostly a view of the parking lot.

Good location, with a 7-10 minute walk to the beach and the port in Hvar Town. The buildings sit on top of a hill, so the walk back can be challenging in the heat. Great breakfast, nice pool, and the air con works well. Staff were all kind and helpful.

Facilities I.e the pool was fantastic and location was to perfect. Bag collection and drop off to the port was a great addition. Over all I’d definitely return.

Rooms are quite small. Not the cleanest either. Walls of the room were covered in questionable stains. Booked a park view room, my view was of a road and apartments not a park. Found various female reception staff members very rude on different occasions. Their attitudes were not to help their customers but just to get their pay checks. We’re very rude when we arrived to check in and experienced another very rude staff member when asking about pool towels another morning. Very belittling of guests.

At times the staff were rude. The girl on the desk when we arrived wasn't very friendly. She spoke really fast and when I asked her to repeat things, she got annoyed. We checked in at the desk and went to the room to find out our room key was not validated. I went back down to her and she seemed annoyed and sent me to someone else. Very rude. The cleaning staff were really friendly, however.

The room was clean and we had a lovely sea view. The breakfast was good. The pool was ideal for the warm weather.

The weekend had 3 big groups of lads staying. Maybe stag dos. Too much swearing round the pool. Hard for the hotel to police this except not to take group bookings? Once they left it was soooo much nicer.

Really nice hotel on the hillside above the beach. Good for snorkelling. Breakfast amazing! Lots of sun beds to go around. Close to the port for plenty of places to eat.

I read it was popular with stag do’s, only saw 1 but they took over the pool on the Saturday being very noisy and drunk and mocking other guests. Also woken up in the night by drunk men having a party next door. It’s not the most relaxing place.

Great pool with music playing throughout the day. Plenty of sunbeds. The location is great, a short walk into the town. Recommend renting mopeds from the hotel, they have a recommended route that leads to beautiful beaches and great views. The staff are really friendly and service is always quick. Our room overlooked the pool and sea which was much nicer than the ones facing the back.

Good standard resort style accommodation walking distance from port area, modern decor, staff fantastic, great pool area with bar, meals and sun lounges. Room very modern styling, plenty of space and comfortable. Breakfast was extensive catering to broad range of needs. Meals of an evening were also good at a reasonable price.

1) They wouldn’t give tap water 2) Smokers can smoke anywhere on terrace. They shouldn’t be allowed to smoke while you have your dinner! They should a place where they can smoke.
