Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaParking and reception were hard to find. We used Google maps and had to call for directions. Would be helpful to have more signs or information sent after booking
A beautiful space, nice and clean and great rooms. Really enjoyed it.

United StatesNo easy access for car drop off /pickup. At night was pretty poorly lit and took a bit to find car entrance which is through underground parking/garage. Taxi /uber pickup will be at curbside nearby since there isn’t traditional hotel entrance bay.
New. Clean. Rooms Sound proof . Close to highway and airport.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaWe absolutely loved our stay at Pullman Zagreb! Everything felt brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities were top-notch and made our stay extra comfortable. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff, probably the best we’ve ever encountered. Every single person went above and beyond with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.

SwitzerlandThere was a high school group staying in the hotel, and we were placed right in between their rooms. They were very loud and the efforts by the staff to eliminate the noise were inadequate.
The hotel itself was quite nice, and perfectly located for us by the airport

The hotel in new and looks amazing. The location is perfect if you don't want to be in city center. It's easily accessible by car, has enough parking. It's in new building complex that just looks amazing. The rooms are nicely decorated, well equipped and breakfast buffet is really nice. Staff was friendly.

AustraliaFor a top hotel I feel there was insufficient staff in the restaurant. Our taxi from the train station had trouble finding the drop-off point. Needs more signage and direction.
We got an upgrade to a suite, which was fabulous 👌 . Nice restaurant and bar area. It's only been open a few months, so should be excellent down the track.

NetherlandsWhere Pullman truly needs to improve is in customer service. The front desk staff did not come across as friendly or welcoming. When we approached the reception to check out and greeted the staff member with a “Good morning,” she continued working on her computer without acknowledging us. After making us wait, she finally spoke — with a curt “Checkout, right?” No smile, no greeting in return. Only at the very end, and without much sincerity, did we hear a forced “How was your stay?”
Pullman Hotel Zagreb is easy to reach and offers ample parking space. The hotel is new and looks very neat both inside and out. The room we stayed in was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed. The beds were especially comfortable, and the shower was excellent.

AustraliaHousekeeping could have been better. Bath gel in the shower was empty as was the hand wash at the bathroom sink. Room was a great size & very quiet. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant & our waiter Philip was excellent.
Location suited our purposes for pick up for our cruise. However if I was staying in Zagreb for longer than 1 night it is too far from city centre old town. We did not gave breakfast in the hotel.

SloveniaThe air-conditioning story deserves scrutiny in its own right. It is dismal that a brand-new hotel did not include smart room management. The loud, non-functioning air-conditioning has no place in a novel hotel. Another remark: when booking the room, guests can falsely believe a sauna will await them in the room. That would make Pullman the first Croatian hotel with a sauna in each room. Reality is far from the truth, as the hotel only features two saunas on the seventh floor. We hope the management promptly removes the tag that says the hotel rooms include saunas. Hotel corridors are rarely a source of inspiration. The best architects understand that and change them into experiences. You will not find such ingenious solutions in this hotel unless you cherish the odd engineering cable hanging from the wall or ceiling. In this hotel, you will only find gloomy areas reminiscent of a subterranean complex of corridors. It is a shame - simple use of light, music, art, photos, and greenery would make a world of difference.
The novel Zagreb hotel has the strengths to compete with hotels in Zagreb thanks to its spaciousness, number of rooms and facilities. Its hotel service is less convincing, particularly the gastronomy and staff, where the hotel has room for improvement. If the hotel aspires to edge out its competition among meeting hotels focused on hosting events, it will need to go the extra mile. However, if they only wish to host tourist groups, the hotel ticks all the boxes. Event organisers are more demanding and want more than the industrial design on display. Pullman is cheaper than hotels in the city centre. Does that matter, too? The lounge area on the ground floor is a captivating space for quick business meetings. Many business guests seem to use this practical and charming space. The lobby was the brightest part of the story. It reminded us of other Moxy, Aloft and Mama Shelter hotels around the world. Accor took notes from similar brands. The lobby is, by far, the best part of the hotel design.
