The shower-head was broken. The shower cabin door did not hold the water. The shower mixer was dispensing water at varying temperatures (first hot, then cold, then hot again, ...). Often, the seafront terrace received the smells from the kitchen. The television had a part of the screen that was not visible. Large parking on three levels but: access to the first floor via a ladder of about 30 steps; access to the second floor via a steep ramp; access to the third floor via another ladder of about 15 steps (inconvenient architectural barriers). At dinner, very expensive drinks (5,25 € for 0,75 liters of natural water).

Beautiful location, beautiful swimming pool with seawater, very kind staff, very beautiful sports center for tennis. Large parking on three levels. Free entry to the SPA (once a day).

As for the downsides, they’re really just small notes. I don’t quite understand why connected rooms also share a connected balcony that doesn’t make much sense. And during breakfast and dinner there was sometimes a bit of a crowd, with occasional waiting for food to be replenished (like bread). But honestly, this didn’t negatively affect our experience in any meaningful way it’s more of a side comment than a real complaint.

We had a great stay at Hotel Punta. The check-in was super smooth, parking is available, and overall the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. One evening we had a bit of noise from the neighbors (nothing major), as the rooms had connected doors (for family stays for example). Because of that we asked if we could move, and the receptionist went above and beyond to find us another room. In the end, we decided not to change the room, but it was a truly kind gesture that showed how much the staff care about making every stay as pleasant as possible. The sea view is absolutely top-notch, definitely 5-star worthy. The beach is excellent, with showers available, and the food although served in an all-you-can-eat buffet style is really quite good. No complaints at all about the meals. The hotel and rooms are very clean and well-kept, so a strong recommendation there. A special highlight: unlike many places these days, there’s no “greedflation” here prices for drinks, ice cream, and cakes at the bar are very reasonable, especially considering this is a 4-star hotel. Huge compliments to the management for this approach; I’m sure it will pay back through guest loyalty.

Beach set (umbrellas and sunbeds) could be free for regular Hotel guests. A bit crowded pool, with a very small space between sunbeds. Some parts of the hotel could be updated and redesigned (those long halls are waiting for a good interiorist!)

Tranquilling silence during the night. Very friendly staff, pools, comfy beds, clean and large bathroom, nice terrace, choice of food (breakfast / dinner), spacious parking.

Inconvenience of parking lot after 10 pm.

Everything, especially the gym, breakfast patio, evening entertainment on the bar patio, proximity to Veli Lošinj restaurants & Radenska Bay, greeting by 3 goats in the parking lot ♥️. What was most appreciated was the warm greetings received by the breakfast hostess girls and Bryan. Also, everything we requested was an enthusiastic “Yes” from ice packs to band aids. Punta ticked all the boxes!!!

The path for running, walking, and cycling around Losinj island passes in front of the hotel. If you're a tennis fan, there's even an Academy. Spa and relaxation. Infinity pools with bar. Beautiful setting. Close to Veli Lošinj. About an hour walk along the the water to Mali Lošinj. Great breakfasts with lots of variety. Infinity pool is beautiful overlooking the sea.

Dinner started a bit late for us (7-9pm) and it was very crowded at 7pm since everyone wanted to eat then.

Property needs some reparations and renovations, parts of the property are broken or falling apart a bit.

Great location with very friendly stuff willing to help with everything. Greatly accommodating for gluten-free diet, I could eat most of the things on both breakfast and dinner.

We already suggested to the management to turn up the music slightly. On our last day, we had dinner in a smaller dining hall, and the atmosphere felt a bit eerie because the music was so quiet. The same issue was noticeable in the beautiful café overlooking the sea—while the view is stunning, the sound level was either uncomfortably low or made it hard not to overhear conversations from other tables. A small suggestion: it would be great to keep the soups warmer during dinner. Also, heating the pool and jacuzzi a bit more would make the experience even better!

The hotel is very spacious, looking at the beautiful vast sea, nearby the centre of Veli Lošinj. Breakfast was amazing, dinner had many options so that was good. The pool is a bit cold and the pool area is a bit basic. The saunas are great, that space is lovely! Our room was very big and the cleaning crew was just excellent! Almost all the staff was super kind, friendly and helpful.

Excellent and exceptional experience! My husband and I enjoyed every minute spent at the hotel. The offer is of a wide range, there is an activity or relaxation for each individual. The New Year's celebration was perfectly organized. We didn't worry about anything, it's just the place where you come for a well-deserved vacation. The staff is wonderful!! Everyone is very friendly and kind. We are looking forward to coming again, because you really won us over with your, first of all, friendliness, and secondly, your offer. We especially want to emphasize the high level of cleanliness, and the excellent offer of various dishes for breakfast and dinner. Once again, many thanks for a pleasant 4 days of vacation. Pools and dinners close early. It is a hotel for relaxation, but the rooms were too dark to work in. If more than one person is staying in the room, chairs should be available in the room.

The outdated EV chargers which are not suitable for connecting with usual cable. However, there are lots of chargers in Mali Losinj nearby.

It was very crowdy in the restaurant and hardly you can find free space for dinner. Maybe could be extended the dinner time.

The breakfast and dinner were good with many kinds of food. The hotel has a beautiful SPA and is very close to Veli Losinj. Everything was excellent as concerns the room,SPA and hotel staff.
