The beach photos are super deceiving. I should have read the descriptions. First, you need to down at least 100 steps to use the beach that does not belong to radisson. And the beach is not exactly free. to use the ‘good part’ of the beach , you need to pay 100€ per sunbed. If you dont want to pay, they place you on the sides where the waiters dont really care about you. And they dont charge the room. So basically this hotel does not have a beach

Excellent room, clean place, good breakfast, excellent view. Helpfull crew.

It should be made clear that beach area for Radisson guests is a public beach. We were intimidated off our seats by locals we didn’t engage with. We felt very threatened and unsafe. They seem to be aggrieved that this area is used for guests. Check out staff and concierge staff unhelpful and would prefer to be anywhere else. €7.50 for a fever tree mixer.. outrageous in anyone’s book!’

There are unfinished buildings with graffiti on the left and right , dug out fields , depressing and not what you expect to see in a sea side resort . The rooms are dated and modernized . The spa has hours convenient for the staff not the customers .

Close to the beach, had gym and sauna , good restaurant. Triton restaurant was outstanding , ask for Goran !

The staff is the problem and the reason why I don't think I will return to this hotel. From the bartender who charged us a lot for some trivial drinks, the luggage boy who left us stranded and then asked for a tip, to the people at the reception who I struggled with for an hour to issue me a bill for the amount paid by card and I can't forget the people with the beach towels who explained to us that they had no more towels. A shame on the team and attitude. I don't remember meeting a more poorly prepared and ill-intentioned person.

the pool and restaurant are ok but the pool for small children is a welcome bonus

The suite that we were in was in the old part of the building and things were falling apart like towel holders, etc.

Breakfast was amazing. Benz and Kent were very helpful at breakfast. During dinner time, Kim, Manolito and Jesse were amazing. Always looking in our direction if we need anything. When we had a little issue with our suite, Nena and Marija tried to compensate us. They send us a bottle of wine in our room and dessert.

A pity that this potentially great hotel is let down badly by poor administration, management & housekeeping. Having booked 3 rooms & then 2 extra nights, i was assured that my bookings would all be amalgamated but they weren't & this caused me various problems in addition to which 1 of the rooms with a sea view was on a different floor & had a building site for it's view & sound (reception not responsive to my complaint)! On arrival we realised that the socket in which the kettle was plugged in wasn't working, immediately notified reception & a short time after a guy came to fix it just that he was ubable to do it & said an electrician would come in the morning - no one came to fix it for the entire 6 days (after asking about it several times @ reception we gave up)! We were 5 in our junior suite but had towels (sometimes with holes in them)for 4 & it kept happening! Having a shuttle service into town is nice but there's no designated queue & no staff overseeing (so people push to the front)& many people don't get on!! Perhaps not major issues but certainly enough to spoil the experience & keep it from being a great hotel - pity!

The Radisson Blu is a lovely hotel - very spacious, comfy rooms; nice decor throughout the hotel; very decent breakfast; good pool area; great indoor pool & amenities. Good location. Staff in all the restaurants/bars extremely nice. Reception staff ok - special thanks to Ivan for all his help & kindness.

Our room really needed refurbishing … grout in shower was dirty, carpet was stained and generally tired. Not what we expected at this price point which was very expensive. Additional charges for parking and exorbitant extra cost to sit in the beach club (although beds on beach were included). Photos suggest hotel is on the beach … it isn’t … down a lot of steps and across a road. Far out of town and although a shuttle bus there were only 5 a day and every time we tried to get on it was full so we ended up using taxis which were readily available but again expensive. Didn’t feel like a five star experience.

The common areas were lovely and the staff were excellent. Breakfast superb and the beds were comfortable and clean. Balcony overlooking the sea stunning.

The layout of the room. Not sure why there was a random cupboard in the middle of the room dividing the toilet and the bed. The showers were open, which meant that the water would go everywhere and wet the entire toilet, which meant we had to stand in one corner so as not to wet the whole toilet! The pillows were extremely soft and uncomfortable, when we requested for firm pillows, the house keeping did not have any.

The location was perfect. Very picturesque. Very good breakfast. Both the pools and the spa and facilities were excellent. Very relaxing. Some of the staff members were fantastic. Loved the pool bar and restaurant. Highly recommend.

Although the staff were very friendly, they were clearly swamped with check-in and this process wasn't up to the standard we'd hope. Long queues and the concierge really didn't seem keen to help with luggage most of the time. We got no response when following up about lost property at the desk or via email.

The rooms were very nice, and the beds very comfortable. The location of the hotel was really good for easily getting into the centre of Split with a taxi.

They put us in downgraded room and promised us credit to use for which unfortunately they didn't give us a card or token to show facilities within the hotel, making it really cumbersome to get our services that we wanted to pay by room credit, like food or wellness spa item. It was very delayed and slow process and we had to explain ourselves repeatedly, which ruined our experience.

Drunks being sold more alcohol in the pool and drinking it while in the pool - makes other guests not want to get in the water as they take the pool over. In the western world you can loose your liquor license serving alcohol affected people.

Food and drink was very expensive in hotel and menus a bit disappointing but then there is so much choice in Split centre

Lovely hotel with great pool are plus free use of beds on beach Room was spacious, well equipped with good sized balcony with sea and pool views Breakfast was included and had a good choice every day. Hotel is away from busy areas. There were some places within walking distance but not many. However there was a lot work ongoing along the beach so that should improve. Hotel had a free shuttle bus into Split centre but take care to plan as is doesn’t run that often and not after 8 pm so would need taxi back (though recommended Uber as much cheaper).
