I really liked the accommodation and the location. The only thing is that it says “free toiletries,” but in reality, you have to go out and buy soap to shower. That’s not very convenient when you’re arriving from another continent late at night. Fortunately, there were plenty of places nearby to buy what I needed, because the location is excellent. Still, it would be great if they provided at least some basic toiletries for the first night.

The place was very clean, nicely decorated, and the space was well laid out. I really liked it. But, the location is the best!!!!

Lovely host Iris. Clean room and bathroom. Good location for bus station, ferries and old town. Iris responded immediately to query. Quiet location. Good a/c. Comfy bed.

The kitchen is not very well equipped, eg, only one teaspoon and wineglass. There is no towel rail in the bathroom.

Amazing location in walking distance to the palace and most sites. The apartment is comfortably furnished and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony/ kitchen. Iris was very helpful and provided us with useful information for our wonderful stay in Split.

There was no elevator but the landlord’s husband was so kind to carry our luggages up to the 4th floor.

Th e location is superb, a 10 minute walk from the old town. Below the building is a mini grocery store. A 2 minute walk is an ATM beside it is store. The mini kitchen was cute and has everything. The room has aircon. The toilet was clean and has hair dryer. The bes was big and comfortable. The landlord was helpful and friendly.

We couldn't store our luggage after checkout at the apartment due to the next guests coming, but there is a luggage storage facility only 2-3 min walk away that charges around 5-6 euros per bag so not bad.

Lovely little apartment that's only 5-10 min walk from the centre. There's a supermarket right under the apartment aswell. It's quiet and we managed to get some good sleep. Iris was also really friendly and gave us suggestions on what to do!

Iris met us in the yard, near her apartment, preparing the place for parking, as it looks like a problem to park a car (for free!) in the area of 5 min walk to the old town. Her husband also waited for us to help to bring our luggage to the apartment, that is so sweet! Iris is so cheerful person, she explained us what interesting we can do in the city, gave us some tips where we can have dinner for a reasonable price. The apartment is very cosy and clean. And we've got a huge TV with smart TV, so we could watch some video about Croatia, and listen to the music on YouTube in the evening. What is remarkable, we had problem with the kettle and it was changed almost emmediately. That's really a high-level service! Thanks for the great rest at your apartment almost in the city center!

The Apartment was on the 4th floor of a commmunal residence, Iris the owner was very helpful & informative about where to eat & what to do in Split, But with luggage the many stairs up to the apartment were exhausting & we are quite fit & healthy, That’s the main reason we wouldn’t return to this accommodation, but for being friendly Iris goes out of her way to help you

The shower was half clogged which makes it hard an difficult to shower and the roller shutters were half functioning unfortunately. It doesn’t have an elevator so if you come to check in they are very nice and help you to carry the luggage to the apartment but when you check out your on your own it’s not their fault just inconvenient

The Location was very good , the room has very big windows and a lot of light , the room was very big and the bathroom comfortable as well
