Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Nice, cozy room with terrace (comon with next room what is nice if you stay here with friens or family but a bit strange if you want enjoy late evening in terrace alone) pillows was amazing comfortable also a bed. Caring and friendly staff Dejan always helpful if needed. Apartments are in new renovated house, easy to self check-in. Great location, near the bus station and light walk to main street and old town and harbour.

NetherlandsThe approach to the parking space is very narrow and can be quite tricky to navigate, especially if the car is larger. The parking space is right in front of the apartment and is quite spacious. The pictures showed a bath tub which was not there in the room. on a personal note, we had a dog who is not very mobile. Carrying it to the second floor up the stairs was a problem. But this has nothing to do with the place.
A very clean and new apartment on the second floor very close to the city center (uber took us 5 mts). The caretaker Dejan was very helpful by providing us precise check in and parking instructions. The room is very clean and spacious and very quiet.

HungaryPerhaps it is due to the hotel being so new, there were some useful pieces of equipment/furniture missing, which would have made the stay much more enjoyable. The addition of a chair to the room could make the stay more comfortable, especially if one is on a business trip and has some work to complete during the stay. Also, a water kettle could be added to make coffee/tea without having to leave the room. Given that the hotel is still very new, I assume a light near the bathroom mirror, and a towel rack will be installed later on. A practical note for travellers with luggage: since there is no day-long reception, luggage can only be left behind for unattended storage at the guest's own risk. Nevertheless, paid (and guarded) storage is available at many busy locations downtown - it is rather worth to use these instead if safe and efficient logistics is an issue.
A flawlessly clean hotel, with everything brand-new - I could only wish other places would be this much up-to-date. Contactless keycards, keypad lock at the entrance and on keycard lockers make the place well-suited for late check-in (although we arrived in time to meet the personnel). Very much up to today's expectations were the abundance of power sockets, and the easy-to-use air conditioning. The location may be tricky to find at first, but it is, in fact, reasonably close to public transport, shops and restaurants. Before arrival, we already received a lot of useful information from very friendly and helpful staff, making it much easier to find the hotel and know where to search for recommended shops and restaurants.

AustriaRoom was kinda small for 2 persons and a dog. There is no fridge, I use eye drops that need to be refrigerated. No coffee maschine. They were assembling furniture in the apartment above us and there's a car mechanic across the street. It was quite loud. Bad and dirty surroundings, a shame for such a new building. I suggest you tell customers that parking is difficult to access, the road is challenging and narrow.
We was there for the Ultra Music Festival. 15 mins walking was awesome. Everything was very clean. Big modern shower, aircondition great and comfortable bed.

RomaniaThe location is about a 30-minute walk from the old town center. The lower ground floor room had a strong damp smell, and the furniture was somewhat outdated. Additionally, the lack of a mini-fridge was noticeable, especially given the high summer temperatures.
On the other hand, the host was very kind and responsive, and the cleanliness was impeccable.
