It would be helpful to have any kind of stove for food preparation and a sink. There is an air-condition but it's too noisy to sleep. There weren't any big towels.

There's a nice beach and a coffe bar litteraly outside the room, the AC and fans make it very easy to stay cool. There's lots of free parking in front or close to the room

Amazing location in historical area, steps to park and beach. Very welcoming and helpful host. Bus stop to Split is a 5 minute walk. The room is small for a lengthy stay, but perfectly adequate for 1-3 nights.

Very good for what you pay for and the lady was so extremely kind and accommodating. Her English was not the best but made the most effort to talk with us and made us feel extremely settled. The weather was extremely hot and she had 3 fans in there for us!

the owner was very good the only problem it was the bathroom very very little, and there was no air conditioning it was like 35 degrees in the night and we have to stay all night with the door open in the front of the street so i couldn’t sleep for the noise

It was very hot and without air-conditioned. They provided us 2 fans to refresh the air. The room is directly on the street, ground floor, but luckily wasn't much noisy

There was some noise from outside. But a small bar was closely )

It was very interesting and fully equipped room in building made of stones. Everything in room were perfect and new : a very very comfortable bed, absolutely clear bathroom/toilet, interesting mosquitoes protection system. There was a beach 1 minute walk and bus to Split or Split airport 4-5 min walk. Using bus route N 37 which goes very often, every 15-30 minutes (approx 6-24) and costs 1.5 euro (06.2023) we could get Split for 20-25 min to 'Promet'' bus station and 15 min walk then to get historical center of Split.

The room is really small and the bathroom is tiny. The shower only had cold water.

Tiny but versatile room in the vicinity of Spilt (15min bus fare to the city). The host was really nice and responsive. AC and breakfast kit are available. The neighbourhood is truly authentic and welcoming.

Perhaps take away the door to the bathroom and replace with a simple curtain or sliding door to give more space. Also, please remove or change the drawer handles on the drawer under the bed...it hurts to walk into it.

Location was fabulous as it was in a quiet area just out of town and the neighborhood was incredible...the architecture just fabulous and mostly from 15th century when Ivanas ancestors arrived " "from the mountains " Ivana is vibrant,bubbly and so caring! We loved her! And that easily made up for the small room.Excellent shower. Don't let the size put you off...this was an experience that we will remember with affection.
