We didnt get the wifi facility. There are stairs to reach this place and if your are with heavy bags, it will be very tiring and difficult part to manage. There are no bus facilities near by so have to take taxi facility to reach here.

The only great thing about the property was, it was located near to old town. The owner of house was a sweet lady. It gave a house feeling.

The hills..

The family oriented setting. You could sit and just relax. Close proximity to the old town and restaurants. Very very helpful in regards to what to see/do. Answered all my questions very quickly... and we lost our luggage and they called the airport for us. Bless them.

The house was very close to old town and there was a beautiful view both in the house and on the way to the house. The host responded very fast and the house was clean and cosy.

There are a lot of stairs so it wouldn’t be suitable for someone who has difficulty walking. We had no problems though.

We knew that there would be some noise from the nearby main road; of course that was a bit a problem during night that motorbikes accelerated at 02 a.m

There was no breakfast, however we would anyway prefer to make it ourselves. The terrasse was fine, nevertheless we would like to have had a larger view from it. The hosts were really very kind.

There were too many steps to get to the property and if I was staying longer it would have been very inconvenient. Luckily there was a nice gentleman that helped me bring one large suitcase up the steps to the park where I was being picked up. The back way to the property was easier to get to the place than going from the Main Street-the steps there were extremely steep.

The property was in a good location close to the main road to enter the plaza. Bed was comfortable and family renting place was accommodating and very helpful in answering all questions and making recommendations on where to eat and etc.

Great location with easy access to the old town. Lovely hosts who were helpful in suggesting activities to do and places to eat. The host even provided chocolates as a birthday treat for my partner. Would definitely come back

The basic facilities like toiletries. The was no hand soap/wash in the washroom. The shampoo and body wash were also not good.

I really liked the host. She was very nice and helpful. Top location. The main tourist sites are at walking distance. Good view from the guest house. One should keep in mind the steps/stairs to reach the guest from the main road.

Communication was not great as property needed reminders to reply to messages and telephone not picked up when we called. Also one needs to climb many steps which may not suit some.

Great location with a beautiful view and terrace, clean and tidy room and toilet, and super lovely and helpful host. Some complained about the stairs but I'd say you can’t avoid stairs in Dubrovnik. They’re everywhere! Highly recommended.

More signage on arrival or a map on the booking to show exactly which guest house it is

Parking was close to the location and easy to get the parking permit online. Small snacks and coffee were amazing to have. The cats were lovely.

The GuestHouse is in the middle of a very long flight of exterior steps(the street is actually just steps). It's hard to reach it from the bottom with any luggage. Directions for a cab to access the top of the stairs would have been helpful.

We didn't have breakfast there, but our hosts provided a lovely homemade afternoon snack on our second (last) afternoon there.

Maybe the only negative is the many stairs you have to deal with especially when you have your luggage but then again we did not mind.

Clara was very sweet and welcoming.. The room was quite big and clean and we really enjoyed our afternoon and night in the terrace by the swing and the 2 playful cats. The smell of figs and grapes and the blossomed garden made us feel like home since it was so similar to our countryside.

The room smelled like urine. Felt dirty for that reason. Also old place so it smells old too. The smell made us to avoid the place. Sadly the smell was a game changer for us.

Location was nice. However, it was hard to find. Our host answered quickly and they were nice. The host did everything great from check in to check out.

Could have our own small fridge in the room instead of a common one. There is a terrace that overlooks the Old Town and the fortress but when we went up there we were told by one lady that it's not part of our accommodation and it's for a different guest. 100 steps up leading to our room. Accommodation is really difficult to find. Our taxi driver had to ring the accommodation to ask for directions as he can't find it on Google map. Our room wasn't cleaned and checked during bought entire 3 night stay.

Location- perfect as only 5 minutes into Old Town but had to take 100 steps up leading to the accommodation. En suite room good size and air con worked well. Nice garden with plenty of flowers, plants and fruit bearing trees. Lady who checked us in waited for us until 11pm as our flight got delayed. She also gave us information and suggestions which were helpful. Generally clean
