Within this category, we offer two-bed sizes—queen and king. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the bed size each guest will receive, as it depends on availability. We apologize that you found the bed and mattress uncomfortable. This is an area where we usually receive very positive feedback, but we will certainly consider your comments. Regarding the bathroom floor tiles, we are sorry that our vintage style did not meet your expectations. We understand that design preferences can vary, and we appreciate your input.
