Everything, it was all very nice and clean. Very close by the sea, and a beach. 20 min walk from the city centre and 10 if you take a boat. The owner was really nice and helpful, and gave us information about the things to do.

I stayed only one night in this beautiful apartment in Zadar, but the impression it left was outstanding! The apartment was very clean, modern, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay – from a cozy bed to a practical kitchen. The view of the sea and the sunset was absolutely stunning – truly calming and beautiful. The location is peaceful and pleasant, with everything important within easy walking distance. The host was extremely kind and helpful with all the information I needed. Even though my stay was short, I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back on my next visit to Zadar!

The property was a wee way from the old town but once we were informed about the ferryman, walks became fun and much shorter.

Spotlessly clean, spacious, well appointed. Host left breakfast supplies which were very much appreciated. She was also very helpful with information on places to visit which enhanced our stay.

Everything was fabulous. The host is amazing - incredible attention to detail, friendly and welcoming, very keen that you enjoy your stay. This was the best accommodation we had in Croatia. Spotlessly clean and safe. Beautiful view of the sea, great location with easy access to the historic city via the rowboat nearby. Highly recommended.

This was one of our favourite accommodations on our holiday. The host was amazing and gave us a complete rundown of the local area, which was super helpful. The property itself was immaculate and there is not one negative comment to be made. It was also wonderful waking up each day with the panoramic view of the sea and boats filling the windows. The location was amazing also, with a short walk to the marina giving us easy access to Old Town with the rowboat men of Zadar. We initially chose this location just so we could park our car onsite and still be close to old town, but in the finish we enjoyed this location more than Old Town itself. This would be a perfect location for a longer stay.

At least 20minute walk to the centre but this can be made easier (6min walk) by going over in the rowing boat (only 1.2€/person one way)

Lovely well equipped apartment with sea and sunset views from the window seats. Good bar & swimming area just over the road. Owner extremely helpful with good restaurant recommendations (Brushetta).

Great location, well presented, clean with everything we needed. Danijela met us to explain everything and was charming. Unfortunately our flight arrived late, however she was quite happy to meet us. The views from the apartment are lovely and the high stools beside the front window make it a great place to sit and have a drink/bite to eat. Walking into Zadar was straightforward along the waterfront and we just parked up our car at the apartment, not using it again until we left - perfect.

The location first row at the sea with amazing sea view from the room. It is also very close to the city center. Within 8 minute walk a little boat can be reached that takes you to the other side where the old town is The apartment is really comfortable and the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, trying to accommodate all needs. It's super clean and quiet.

This place is wonderful!!! Much better than I expected. The location is good, with a spacious parking lot. The room is very cozy and clean with a nice Sea-view!!! There is also a good restaurant just next to it. Most of all, the host Danijela is the best host I have ever met. She is very supportive and super kind!! She treated my family like her own friends. I would like to recommend this place to my friends.

No stairs. Rubber on shower door has some mold. Some road noise.. but very slight.. we still slept very well!

Pictures are accurate! Apartment has a lovely sea view. Very easy and fun to get across to the old town via boat, 1 euro per person. Host welcomed us with some buns.. nice touch. Free gated parking on site.

We loved absolutely everything about it. Close to the city center yet very quiet. Right across the street from the sea and 5 min to the beach. The Hostesse was super friendly and checked up on us to see if all was good. We will gladly return in the future!

Nice Location and very close to the city, Just opposite to the Sea. The apartment is beautiful with all the equpments required. Host was very friendly, explained us all the things including how to reach city, where to eat. I strongly recommend this place. Perfect location for families.

Fantastic apartment with brilient view on a sea, decorated in a lovely style. Location is excellent, about 20 min. walking distance to the old Town or about 7 min. walk to a small paddle boat that ferries you across for a shortcut. Available car parking in a safe, shaded area. The host was very friendly and communicative.
