There wasn’t someone at the front desk at all times during business hours. There was a phone number but not all foreign travellers have phones

Overall the property was great, the wifi in the rooms could be better but thats it.

The place was clean and comfortable. The beachfront was beautiful and the bar downstairs was very nice.

Unfortunately there was a a regularly participant mechanical noise during the night which disturbed sleeping. Also we would have needed a dryer on the terrace for wet bathing suits, also a room cleaning for those staying at the hotel for at least a week.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the location was excellent and the food was very delicious.

Close to the beach. The breakfast was modest but satisfying, with a few well-chosen options. Nice location also for walks along the beach. Close to nearest busstop with routes to Split.

The owner, his son, and the lady working reception were so nice and helpful. They held our bags on day of arrival and day of departure which was greatly appreciated. They also offer a shuttle service which was great. Amazing stay in split!

The restaurant that was connected wasn’t great - waitresses were uninterested and didn’t look inviting. Barely noticed us when we wanted to pay or order. But the hotel was great

The breakfast was fantastic, the staff were all really helpful and friendly and the hotel is perfectly located on the beach with lots of other restaurants and bars close by so it was very easy to have a nice relaxing trip.

Great location, direct beach access. Lovely bar and restaurant area. Rooms were a good size and very clean. We did have an issue within our room (no fault of the hotel, but due to the storm conditions overnight) and the hotel owner immediately attended to the issue despite being 1am in the morning. During breakfast the next morning the owner came to check on us and apologise further for the issue. A huge thank you to the team for their quick response and help. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel with close proximity to the beach, local to shops and with stunning beach walks.

Lack of vanity space. Pedestal sink made it hard to get ready. Shower curtain kept blowing in on you and you had to be careful not to let water get on floor. Room to small to accommodate even a chair to sit on. Only place to sit was the bed. We were only there for two nights so it was a good place for the value.

The price could include the beach chairs and umbrellas, even for few hours, with the restaurant downstairs. We weren’t advised about paying for using them and was unpleasant to be informed only after setting our stuff on it and getting comfortable.

The hotel is front sea, the mainly reason of my booking. Room was tidy and A/C run smoothly and constantly, what was great once the weather was very warm! The shower offered good water pressure and temperatures. Lovely breakfast, with fresh fruit every morning and omelette options, cereals and cakes on weekend! I just don’t know if they offer fresh juices because we didn’t ordered, but I have no complaints to number here.

Busy main road to cross outside, needed a little table in room, no lift, maybe a breakfast, lunch drinks menu.

We asked for parking, and received confirmation they have on the premises. However, when we got there they said they have no places available, denied their confirmation and suggested we can park at the nearby supermarket (free) or at another close-by hotel for 15 E/ day. Their automatic reply confirms they reserved a parking place for 8 E, but when we got there, they said (almost complain) they have plenty of bookings from customers that are staying longer and it's equal to them if we stay or not. They kept insisting they can offer us free parking (supermarket), but it wasn't theirs to give. As parking is a known issue in the area, they have less parking places than rooms, but keep promoting they can reserve you one.

It was horrible, no sound isolation they start to clean rooms at 6:30 we can hear every guest how is leaving from the hotel no respect for other guest who come to rest and enjoy

Great communication from The beginning till the end of our stay. Great location, with access straight to the beach, nice restaurant in the hotel, very accommodating, plus a few restaurants on the beach near by. The bus stop is just a few steps away to take you to Split center. Clean, we couldn’t ask for anything more..

The road leading to and from Podstrana can get very congested.

Rooms have recently been refurbished, so are very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a room with ocean views, which was stunning. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

No lift.

The location is excellent few feet’s from the water. The water was Cristal clear. The beach was covered with fine gravel that kept the area clean no messy sand on your feet and stuff. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The owners were very polite and ready to help.
