Good apartment but need a bit of furniture refreshment. Hopefully there is the AC because you cannot open the windows due to the noise but mainly lots of grilled oily smell of the smash burger restaurant below the flat.

Very comfortable, updated design and plenty of spaces. Central location ideal for discovering the city by foot. Lots of restaurant, bars etc. nearby.

Wish there some instructions on how to turn on the water heater. Fortunately, we figured it out.

The location was great. Easy to access and wonderful directions on how to access the unit.

The outside was a little bit loud but it wasn’t bad if we kept the windows shut.

The bed was very comfortable, the location was great, and we had no issues with WiFi or air conditioning

Roof was low so had to bend to walk around but wasn’t an issue as we didn’t spend a lot of time at the accom.

The apartment was a little noisy both with other guests coming and going and because of the location. The outside noise, (people passing by) wasn't too bad but we weren't there in the height of the season. Minor issue was neither of the TV's had a signal so couldn't use. We were only there one night though and didn't realise until late so didn't request help. The stairs are a bit awkward if you have luggage. We were on the second floor so was a bit of a struggle but we were aware there was no lift and this is quite common in the old town properties so it wasn't unexpected.

We were sent all the instructions & access codes to get into the apartment in advance and communication was very friendly, easy and responsive. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with modern bathroom and the aircon was great. We also liked the extra living area. The location in the old town was great.

Quite noisy area, extremely low roof so I had to walk bent over the whole stay. Would have been better if we had known that we will be put in the top room with a low roof as I reply had to walk carefully not to bump my head

We were in the attic room which was great for lessening street noise but not great for someone 6ft 4!!! No head room. Tricky hot water service. Noisy revellers at night time.

Our room on the top floor had a low ceiling so we bumped our heads a few times. Also, we did not get the check in codes in advance. We had to contact property while waiting outside which was a bit stressful.

Outstanding location. Well appointed. Modern decor. Clean and comfortable.

not easy to find, could not park anywhere near it and had to walk to meet the host to find the entrance. but once we found it, it was well worth it!!

The ceiling was quite low.. in the pictures it didn't seem like it. So if you're slightly taller as we were, it might be an option to opt for the other apartments they offer at that location. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable apartment.

We absolutely loved the location! It was very central and easy reachable. We'll definitely consider booking again :) and most definitely would opt-in for that breakfast option again. It was a short visit but we truly enjoyed it!

Great value for money! Very central location in the heart of Split! We also got great recommendations from the host over WhatsApp for places to eat and things to see.

Ceiling was low in the top floor room so not loads of space to move around easily, just something to be aware of!

A little downside of the place is that the bathroom is adjoining directly to the bedroom with only glass and a sliding door not offering a lot of privacy.

Our appartment had a slanting roof and there were only certain locations where you could completely stand straight.There was a mini fridge but not working.

The location was perfect, inside the city with a lot or bars and Restaurants nearby. No car needed at all. We parked our car 15 min away from the location for free to avoid paying for the expensive parking nearby (1,5 euro/per hour 24h a day). Some beaches are also on walking distance.

Pillows really not comfortable. Arriving on Wednesday, and towels, toiletries etc not changed/replenished until the following Tuesday. Suite 3 has an angled wall throughout on one side, which is really impractical if you are tall.

Nice location, very attentive staff. Good coffee.
