Bed was too low, Nighstand were with a design that make easy that the nightstand lights falls easily During our stay hot water stop to work due to a control switch that was not identified clearly enough for tourist. Get a parking place was not an easy task

Broad room very well located in Zadar. Clean and nice. Room style is not for everybody taste although but was good enough for us. You can get a free parking in front of the apartment if you have luck and have a car no to big

A bit of confusion initially about arrival. Despite being in contact a day earlier, I received a message after arriving to a locked door that I needed to go to an agency in town first to organise payment and entry details. The agency location didn’t quite match the google maps entry so finding that wasn’t straightforward either.

A great location for enjoying Zadar. Clean and comfortable.

The Clear glass on the shower rather than a brick wall or screened wall , this means you can watch some having a shower or sitting on the toilet from the bed . Kettle and cups provided but unfortunately no Tea and coffee supplied, not ideal when you arrive late and don’t know where the shops are .

There were no instructions on how to operate the television - overly complicated and in the end couldn't be used.

The studio is in a very convenient location. It was bright, spacious and very comfortable. The owners and staff were friendly and very helpful. They arranged for airport transfer which was really appreciated.

Parking was very difficult. No where close to the room and dragging bags to the elevator was not what we expected.

Unfortunately, the location was not super easy to find, THERE ARE NO PARKING PLACES, you have to pay extra at a nearby parking lot, about 10 minutes' walk or if you're lucky, on the street, in front of the "hotel" or rather the apartment. To serve breakfast, you have to walk about 10 minutes, you can also checkout there.

The wifi worked without a problem, the staff was super ok. The place was close to the sea and restaurants. Breakfast was decent, juice was ok and to eat: eggs or omlette with cheese, salami/ham.

Couldn't raise blind at sliding doors but could open slats well enough to see through. Maybe that was for safety? There was a kettle but no cups so couldn't make a drink.

Large bedroom, comfy bed, good bathroom. Good location & view from our room overlooking the Roman forum. Breakfast at restaurant freshly cooked - could eat inside or on terrace. Owner very friendly. Had an evening meal there too which was good.

Excellent breakfast in nearby sweet restaurant was included in room price. Due to some private matters, we had to shorten our stay by one day and host was understanding and accepted our 1-day cancellation although free cancellation period already expired. Great service by host Boris and hostess Mare!

Not sure why the toiletries was not provided but we got our own so no issues here.

Great location at the old city centre and within walking distance to all the attractions. Breakfast was included which is a bonus. Would definitely recommended friends to stay here and stay here again.

Staff (Borris) is very helpful and friendly. Check-in is easy and straightforward. The location is superb facing the Roman forums square, minutes walk to the sea organ.
