The entire complex is very outdated and needs renovation. The bathtub needs replacement, it is warn out and looks dirty even after you clean it, and there is no hair dryer. A few solid choices for dinner, but some of the dishes were very poorly prepared.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful bay with clean sea and natural shade. A nice path for walks/ runs through the woods by the sea. I had a wonderful sea view from my room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

There is a lack of parking spaces. A major criticism, however, goes to the GUESTS, who behave at breakfast and dinner as if it were a matter of survival – pushing, unbearable noise, and, sadly, leaving huge amounts of food on their plates because they take far too much, which then ends up in the bin. Please be more respectful and do not waste so many food.

These accommodations have great potential, but they really need renovation. The view from the rooms is absolutely stunning, but the furnishings are very basic and quite worn out. I would like to compliment the staff and the kitchen – the food was very delicious (we had half board). The beach here is also good.

The rooms are outdated and there was no TV. The parking area isn't enough for the number of guests.

The outside amenities and the views were very nice. Dinner had a good selection of food and service beer, wine, and juices were included. The location was great. We could reach out to the Krk island in 5 minutes.

We got a completely different room. Instead of Comfort Family Room for 6. We are traveling with small children, this is important for us. So we got 2 rooms where there were only 4 beds. I had to sleep on the couch, on which I threw at least a sheet. No bed preparation and to top it off, I was bitten all over by bedbugs in just one night. My son found long blond hair on the cleanly made bed. The question is whether she was even cleanly changed. For us it was a terrible experience. I would rather stay in a hostel than a hotel.

Everything is dated. After a few days you are done with the breakfast and diner options. They are not all too good. But sufficient.

It's a beautiful location. Everything is dated. But if you ignore that and just enjoy the location, sea and do not stay in the room all day it's a good location to go to.

Its an old hotel that was made before nineties, during Yugoslavia. Hotel is obsolete, it was never renovated, in one word its an "retirement home" with 95% guests between 60/75yo. Owners are pocketing money because they can and doing nothing to follow the newest trends. Its better to give few more euros to be in some nicer hotel.

It’s not clean and the food is average. The furniture is old, the wall is falling apart and there is nothing fun tu do unless you go to the nearby city.

Door to the room was a bit broken. The whole place is a bit run down. None of the dishes in the buffet had labels, had to guess what I was eating. The availability for wifi was a bit misleading, since it only works in the main buildings.

Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Room had a beautiful view to the water and the little walkway along the waterside was lovely. Buffet breakfast was good.

Rooms - old furniture, the paint is peeling off. We were in superior rooms - that meant we had old aircondition and Tv. Mini golf not working, water rent equipment not working, playground deteriorated - kids were dissapointed

Location - fantastic, our house was the closest to seaside and beach. It is old complex that has interesting architecture and used to have all required facilities - restaurant, shop, bars, mini golf, table tennis, water games etc. at this one location, but has been deteriorated without refurbishment investment (especially rooms). Stunning views. Lots of smelling greenery (flowers, herbs) Dinner - for just additional 5 eur/pp we had a great dinner with high variety and good quality. Rooms - bathroom had a bath tub. Receptionist - very nice and helpfull, fact check in. There is a small supermarket in the centre of complex. For 1 night it was OK and pleasant.
