Little bit noisy at night time but nothing too bad especially if you’re going to be spending most evenings out enjoying the nightlife

The location was perfect, located in the old town near lots of bars and restaurants easy walk to everything. The property was well maintained and very clean :)

Perfect location! Walking distance to everything. Love a place that provides a kettle with tea and coffee. Air conditioning works great. The bed was so comfortable and soft.

Be aware the apartment is on the third floor if you have troubles climbing steps.

Valentino’s apartment is in a fantastic location in Split. It’s very comfortable and spacious. Easy to access and Valentino was very responsive. Highly recommend his apartment!

WiFi wasn't brilliant, could have done with an extra pillow and we found out you had to turn the boiler on for hot water after the first day but other than that it was great.

Lovely room in a perfect location, based in an old building but with modern fixtures/fittings. Owner communication was very good in responding to messages. Check in was very easy with clear instructions provided. Rooms are on a street with restaurants downstairs but no noise - excellent sound proofing.

I would give a word of caution relating to parking which was not given to me by the host when we communicated only a particular area to park nothing more. What I learned however was that parking is very difficult and in my case nothing was available which made it made necessary to find a parking spot at much higher cost. What I did learn later was that any parking spot with blue lines is city controlled at a cost of $18 euros a day and can be found on the main road in the pedestrian zone as well. The suggested parking close to our accommodation can be very difficult depending on the day. Just be aware.

The location as was excellent and exactly where you’d want to be while visiting Split. The room was top n every way.

Beautiful central accommodation, right on the doorstep of the Palace and main tourist attractions. Comfy and spacious. All the facilities needed, and great they provides numerous towels.

Instructions should be provided on using some of the tech features in the room i.e buttons which should stay on to ensure there is hot water throughout the duration of your stay

We couldn't get the TV to work at all, despite our best efforts, which was rather frustrating. The banister between floor 3 and floor 2 in the building has sharp nails sticking out of it, which I nearly had a nasty accident with, so this should be fixed

We really liked the decor of the rooms and the fact it was such a central location. Everything was clean. The details for accessing the property were easy to follow.

Navigating the stairs was quite the workout, especially with two large suitcases! Definitely put my gym routine to the test.

The location was extremely convenient, and the room was clean and beautiful. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than expected.

Not much, the bath towels were a little small!

Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Host was responsive and really helpful. Location is excellent. Some noise at night, but to be expected in old town. Closing the window blocked out alot of noise. Bathroom modern and great shower. Small mini fridge.which was great. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed our stay here!

AC could be better/bigger. Lots of steps to get to which is a pain with multiple luggage. Price was steep, but probably because timing of when I decided to visit Split.

Great location and clean. Furnished very nice. The AC only affects one portion of the apartment (the bedroom), but it could be more powerful/bigger considering it’s 35 degrees outside. The AC was also leaking water during the stay but I told the staff upon leaving. The cost was probably increased a lot because I stayed during the time of a festival, wouldn’t say it’s worth the price normally at approx 150 a night at the time.
