Tried hard to think about something that was not up to our standards - but the whole villa was great. The pool was super cold, but we went in May and it was breezy.

The property was well looked after, maintained and clearly loved. The flowers were beautiful around the whole villa and the pool was clean and also well maintained. There was plenty of space for 9 of us (4 couples and a baby). We had a bathroom each, some with en-suites. The villa was split into two apartments - two doubles and a two singles downstairs, and two doubles upstairs. The upstairs apartment had a beautiful view, and the sunset was lovely in the evenings. We were met at the ferry in Lopud, here our bags were taken to the villa on a buggy and we walked (10 mins max). There was everything we needed at the villa, after a few days we topped up the toilet rolls etc. The villa is tucked away and around a 10 minute walk from the main strip/harbour - an easy walk too. There are some lovely restaurants very close by, all a different price range and all waiters are so friendly. There are two little supermarkets and a gorgeous bakery which has some delicious cakes. The villa is conveniently located right next to the buggies which can take you to the main strip, or to the beach. The ride to the beach is €3 each and well worth it as the walk is uphill, 5 mins on buggy, 15/20 walking (there is a short cut if walking). The beach has two places to eat/drink. One bar is more expensive but you get the sunbeds on the beach if you order from there. The second is a beautiful family owned restaurant (Bindu) which has gorgeous cocktails and hammocks and lovely scenery. The beach (sandy) is lovely, we got snorkels and swam over to the left where there was coral and lots of fish. When I was having trouble starting the washing machine, Danijel helped me via WhatsApp. Nothing was too much trouble when I asked and Danijel and Marija were lovely. We will certainly be returning to Lopud, and hopefully to this villa too!

It says in the house rules that the house is equipped with basic necessities (kitchen & toillet paper, hand soap, washing machine tablet, kitchen sponges & dishwasher tablet), yet we needed to buy them ourselves as they run out. We found it quite unreasonable to buy such basic necessities for such a short stay (4 nights) and then leave them behind.

The hosts are very helpful. They met us on the harbour and helped with the luggage. Villa with pool was lovely, but unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it as much as we wanted because of the bad weather.

Minimal things - olive oil and basic spices in the kitchen and complementary shower gels and shampoo would add an additional touch.

Amazing property. With a beautiful spacious pool area and stunning views. The property is split into two apartments; 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms on the bottom floor and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the upper. Both apartments have separate entrances. Which was convenient as we travelled with grandparents. For the sunset views the top apartment is amazing! The property is well located, around 500 metres from the beautiful promenade which has a number of little beaches, multiple restaurants and stores. The buggy station for transfers for Sunj beach is located 30 metres from the property. Sunj is a beautiful beach. It’s very busy but it becomes much less crowded later in the afternoon in high season. Danijel and Maria are great hosts, very kind and attentive and I’d highly recommend their property to any family looking for a relaxed holiday on the beautiful island of Lopud.

Nothing to complain about at all!

The location of house was just perfect. A short 10 minute walk to the Harbour and just 2 minutes from the taxis to take us to Sunj beach. The views from the upper terrace are stunning and we loved having evening drinks out here and watching the sunset. We would have breakfast on the lower terrace which can easily fit 8-10 people round the table. The hosts are amazing and responded quickly to my many questions and were also there to welcome us to Lopud and show us round the house. They also arranged a private transfer for us to the house which I highly recommend as it meant we could stop off at a supermarket enroute to stock up on provisions and we got to the island quicker than taking the ferry and we all enjoyed the high speed boat trip across from Brescine Harbour. The house is split into two separate apartments (each with their own door key) and connected by an external staircase both with their own kitchens, lounges and utility rooms. There are 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 Twin) downstairs and 2 Double bedrooms upstairs. The Beds are also super comfy. One bedroom on each floor has an ensuite and there is also a separate bathroom on each floor so 4 bathrooms in total. We travelled as a group of friends and this house worked perfectly for our group. We also loved lounging by the pool where you are surrounded by beautiful planting. The pool is not overlooked and has 8 sunloungers. We had an amazing trip to Lopud and we would definitely recommend this property for a large family or group of friends.
