Not enough light, especially in the bathroom, and lighting is yellow which doesn't help. Extractor fan in the bathroom is always on when the light is on, so the noise becomes quite annoying. Also sink is too small. No light in the small corridor right outside our room.

House has a homey feel. Nicely sized balcony with table and chairs for relaxing, and clotheslines which we used to dry swimwear and towels. Free parking at the property, just a 5-minute drive to the center. Comfortable bed. Really nice breakfast area with great coffee machine, though we didn't have breakfast ourselves. Fridge and TV in room.

Property perfect . Stairs not great when you have a knee issue

Very nice , just a bit too far from main town centre. Had to take the car and parking not great. Weather also did not help wet the two days we were there. It never leaves one with wonderful memories of a place

The whole stay was perfect, but if I could point something out for future improvements: - the refrigerator was not working great - the bathroom door doesn't close all the way

Very nice room, clean, large, comfortable beds, AC working already when we got in. Big bathroom with towels. The owners are very nice and flexible, we asked for gluten free bread and they bought a package just for us. Very kind, we appreciated it.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. it also had the benefits of aircon, a safe, a fridge and cooking facilities with a balcony area. Kristian provides a personal touch and the breakfast is lovely. The property is located in a residential area, there are some nice bars within walking distance and the town is easily accessible.

Kristina was a perfect hostess, the room was very comfortable, modern & quiet. Parking on site was easy and the included breakfast was wonderful.

The bed matress was very, very soft, which may be a plus or a negative, depending on personal preference. For us it was pretty bad as both my wife and I experience back problems when we sleep on a soft bed.

Fantastic place to stay in Rovinj. Comfortable, cozy and good price for the quality provided. Very home-like. But the most improtant factor about it are the hosts. The owners are lovely and caring people and they really know how to make you feel welcome. They were very helpful and accommodating and really made us want to come back in the future.

Excellent stay. Small apart hotel with great and clean rooms, very friendly owners. Our room even had a small kitchen and extra space for the children. Bed is very wide, everything is new. Spacious shower, tasty breakfast. Good location, only 15 minutes walk from old Rovinj town, couple of nice restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood, lots of beaches within 2 km from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

The host was very friendly,the time of the arrival was flexible. The room was very clear and tidy. The breakfast was excellent,there was glutenfree options too. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is within easy walking distance.

The property is a good 20 min walk from the old town, neighborhood is very suburban, not iconic like the old town.
