The lack of cleaning: there were visible spider nets in some corners, dust on the surface, in corners.

The location is quite well, walking distance to the old town. There might park a car nearby a Villa for an additional fee.

Apartment was cute and cosy and very comfortable. We loved our stay. Great location for visit to the old town - a 10 minute walk, maybe 15 back due to the incline!

Although close to a good swimming spot it was a difficult ascent back to the villa for a couple of less fit members of our group.

Live in host was a nice lady and the location has great views of the old city and adriatic.

In the pictures it presents that the rooms are brightly lit and there are balconies in the rooms. However, the rooms are pretty dark with one very high window that has an ocean view. There is a balcony off the common room downstairs, but it is shared with others.

Hostess was very kind and accommodating and had rooms cleaned upon arrival. Location was about 25 minutes walking to city walls.

The kitchen appliances had some wear and tear meaning it was difficult to control the hob at times. There's also not a lot around in terms of food - you will have to walk to studenac (if it's open, 10 minutes) or into Dubrovnik proper

Well priced, perfectly sized place a little ways out of town with the most wonderful views across the bay. I wasn't here long but I feel quite luck I picked this place, as even though it's a bit further out, it means it's a bit more peaceful and I could sit out in the balcony and enjoy the scenery.

Nice apartment in a good location. Quite street in walking distance to the old town and the beach. Parking available for 10€. Great views from the common area balcony. Friendly owner and good communication.

The advertised terrace is not part of the room - it is on a separate floor in a communal area. Short flight of stairs at entrance to apartment and also room is on first floor - no elevator. Had to lug suitcases up and down. The name and street number are hidden by foliage so we didn’t see it immediately when our Uber stopped across the street. The only view from the apartment is of Lokrum island from the kitchen window - if you stand on tiptoe!

Within walking distance of Old Town. Bus stop right opposite so could take bus when needed. Clean. Friendly housekeeper. Could leave luggage as we arrived early before checkin as well as after checkout as we had an afternoon flight.

Our Hostess met us at the property, she was delightful and more than accommodation. We arrived early and she was extremely kind in allowing us to drop off our luggage at the apartment and gave us a key so we could go off to explore Dubrovnik. Excellent value for money and in a great location with spectacular views over Dubrovnik. We were also able to park our car overnight which is a nightmare in Dubrovnik.

They didn't leave any tea nor coffee as in all the other apartments. Need to close the main exit door that should be open for security reasons in case of emergency exit.

in the beginning we couldn't get to the hotel because of President Zelensky and his guards so had to call for other directions! Wished that breakfast was included!

It is close to a road. Its not very noisy, but earplugs are a must for light sleepers.

Small thing but the shower head holder was broken and the water went at one point so showering was a bit of an ordeal
