The location was perfect – peaceful and quiet, yet within comfortable walking distance to both the beach and the village amenities. From our balcony, we enjoyed stunning sea views that made every evening special. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, keeping the apartment cool and pleasant throughout our stay. The apartment itself was spacious and appeared to have been recently renovated; it was beautifully decorated and filled with natural light. Gorgeous room height. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and the entire apartment was impeccably clean and tidy. We felt truly well cared for throughout our visit.

It was a fantastic experience! The apartment is even better than in the photos—truly comfortable and spotlessly clean. The host was awesome and very helpful. The location is amazing: just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, yet in a quieter area away from the busy center. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Highly recommended! You should take into account that despite the presence of a kitchen, there is no sugar, salt, oil, tea or coffee. But the rest is perfect

Internet connection was unreliable but it is usually like this in general Zarok area - hope they switch to fiber in this area soon. Could use some more pots, pans, dishes, knives etc for cooking.

The app. is uphill from the beach with constant traffic on the street. It is not comfy for turni g up from the beach. Kitcenware was poor. Knives unsharpened. In reality not for 4 But for two persons.

The quality and equipment of the apartment are not worth the money they charge. The kitchen equipment is, to say the least, remarkably lacking, as there was no pan, tea cup, grater..... The air conditioner is only in the living room, so it cools the bedroom poorly. There are no wardrobes or shelves except one small wardrobe in the bedroom. The location at the top of the hill is accessible only by a very steep road more then 300m long. Therefore, access to the apartment is difficult and unsuitable for people with difficulty walking. The car parks are too small, so cars are parked halfway on the road. "Very nice view" of the neighboring buildings! I was very disappointed because they wanted to accommodate me in an attic apartment without a balcony on arrival, even though I booked an apartment with a balcony. Then, on the last day, they asked me to move to another apartment in the same building because of new guests who were supposed to come to my apartment, even though I had booked and had already received confirmation of the dates five months ago. I didn't want to move and we went home the day before our planned departure.

I praise the lovely balcony, even though it had a view of the neighboring building. A sunshade for morning shade would also be welcome because it is very much in the sun until noon. I can also praise the large refrigerator with a freezer. Good and fast Wi-Fi. The apartment has two flat-screen TVs, but one would be enough. Behind the house is a nice garden with a barbecue and garden table, but just one for all 9 apartments in the house. The staff at the accommodation is very friendly and helpful, but they lack the authority to solve problems. Despite a friendly request to discuss the problems, I was unable to meet the owner.
