We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully prepared, with so many thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, toiletries, and even cozy slippers. What truly made our experience special, though, was our host’s kindness, she went above and beyond to help my husband plan a surprise for my birthday, which made our trip unforgettable. We felt very welcomed and cared for throughout our stay, she even surprised us with yummy chocolate cake. Highly recommend!

Such a fantastic host who really looked after us. Lots of nice touches like scented candles, welcome drinks and fruit on arrival. Host even made us a chocolate cake. Which was delicious. Exceptionally comfortable memory foam beds and pillows. Immaculately clean and well appointed. Location at the centre of old town exceptionally good.

Very well located, well equipped, spotlessly clean. It was a great apartment for me and my daughter , had everything we needed and the host was absolutely fantastic - we were able to check in early on arrival and also when we left she allowed us to check out later. Would highly recommend for location, value and the great host.

Nothing as it was perfect for us

Everything we could’ve wanted from a little stay in the old town. Parking was close by and not a hassle. The extra touches were an amazing surprise and much appreciated. It felt like we were staying with our auntie who hadn’t seen us for years. Very spoilt!

Well appointed, comfortable and very clean apartment. Vesna hosts a very lovely stay with lots of nice touches. The apartment is small but t well laid out. It was great being in the heart of the old town.

Can’t think of anything

This was an absolute gem of a find in the heart of this beautiful Old Town. The location was superb and the host went above an beyond to help me and make me feel comfortable, from meeting me at the bus stop, helping me with my luggage and there was a beautiful platter of snacks in my room. She also then brought me a lovely piece of cake. The apartment was so clean, modern and well equipped. I was sad to leave this beautiful location.

This was the best apartment we stayed at in Croatia. Vesna met us off the ferry and escorted us to our apartment which made for a very easy arrival. When we arrived, there was a charcuterie board and drinks for us. Vesna also made us cake the next day. Everything you needed was in the apartment including a dishwasher and a smart TV. It was so comfortable we did not go out as much as we have done in other European towns.

The best host ever! Extremely kind and always helpful. Vesna prepared a delicious welcome plate and surprised us next day with traditional Croatian cake. The appartment was beautifully and modern arranged and you can find anyhing you need in it.

Everything was fine starting from the arrive in Zadar to the departure, Vesna, the owner, has been incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire holiday. She gave us hints and tips to travel and also sweets presents and drinks included in our rooms. The apartment is absolutely central in the old town and well-connected with the most important location in Zadar. Clean, comfy, absolutely affordable, what else to say? Thanks Vesna, we'll come back for sure!

The host Vesna is excellent and hospitable. She showered us with cheese plate, lots of goodies and cakes. She is truly a Gem. Will definitely recommend friends to stay in Viva Zadar.

The apartment size was fantastic with a host that left us all kinds of goodies and then brought us homemade cakes. Location great and close to parking. Owner lives right next door if you need anything.

This apartment is a very compact, well organized, thoughtfully supplied property that is in a great location. Vesna is a very kind and sweet host. She has put everything one could ever need into her flat. The charcuterie board and cold beer were welcome treats when we arrived. As was the chocolate cake the next day. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Had great sleeps on the comfortable bed. Thanks for your hospitality Vesna! Dave and Marlene

A wonderful apartment in the heart of the old town, right next to the Forum. The apartment is impeccably furnished—there was everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The cleanliness was flawless. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a lovely selection of treats, and Vesna was always available to assist and offer helpful advice. The apartment is surrounded by many restaurants, all the main attractions are within walking distance, and the port with excursions to the nearby islands is close by. Although we experienced some rainy autumn weather during our stay, the apartment was cosy and warm, making our holiday enjoyable. Thank you, Vesna, for a wonderful holiday in Zadar!

Vesna was the most helpful and kind host. She met us on arrival and checked with us everyday to see if there was anything we needed. The apartment is spotless and well laid out, with a great location right in the centre of the beautiful Old Town.

There was nothing that we didn't like about Viva Zadar.

Clean and in a fabulous location! We were able to relax in the lounge area and also cook for ourselves one night which was a great change to eating out all the time. Everything we needed was there! Host was fabulous and helpful even had cheese platter on arrival and cake on our second day

The location is perfect - right in the heart of the old town. All the landmarks are in less than five minutes walk from the apartment and the restaurants are at every corner. The place was very clean and it had all you need for a comfortable staying. The host is very kind and helpful. We absolutely loved every second of our holiday in Zadar.

The apartment was spotless clean, it has everything you need from home to home, the bed was super comfy, has 2 small balcony’s, and a great air conditioner in the bedroom! The host Vesna is a lovely lady and left us beautiful little thought of a cheese board with meats and nuts, chocolate, then we came home one day after being out we had a note on the door to say she had left a another gift, chocolate cake with fresh cream and orange! It was delicious and very thoughtful of her.

Nothing! If we ever visit Croatia again we are definitely coming back to this little gem!

This host is exceptional (I travel a lot for work, but this time leisure) The apartment is very centrally located. It's bang in the centre. Plenty to do on your doorstep, bars, restaurants places of historic interest etc.. The apartment is very spacious for it being very central. 2 small balconies. Immaculately cleaned and beautifully decorated.

Excellent location for the old town right next to the Forum. Beautiful apartment had all home comforts . Vesna our host went over and above to make sure we had a lovely stay. Even homemade chocolate cake. Highly recommend this apartment.

I enjoyed staying at Viva Jadar. The room was really clean, and the apartment had everything we needed. The location was right in the middle of the center. I’d like to come back if I visit Jadar again!
