However, for a 4-star hotel I expected better service and amenities. There were no slippers provided for the pool, and when we asked for bathrobes the staff seemed surprised by the request. At the restaurant, communication was difficult since the waiter spoke very limited English. He didn’t bring us a menu, only mentioned there was a buffet dinner, which had no English descriptions. We had to guess what the dishes were, and no prices were displayed either, which was disappointing.

The hotel has a great location close to the city center and I really appreciated the wellness center, which was a nice bonus.

Choices for food during breakfast were not varied enough for those who have some dietary restrictions. I would have been happy to see better and more fruits and vegetables. And I would have been happy to drink some oatmilk, but there was no oatmilk. I would also have been happy to drink a bit better coffee. But there are plenty of cafes and bars outside around the hotel, so it was not a huge problem.

The rooms were relatively spacious, compared to what I experienced in other hotels (of similarly high quality).

The rooms are somewhat outdated, and while mine was clean, it still felt a bit neglected. The wellness area could be a bit larger. Bathrobes are provided free of charge, but they aren’t placed in the rooms—you have to collect them from the wellness area, which you can then bring back to your room. It’s a slightly inconvenient and awkward process.

Iconic modernist building from the early 60s in an excellent location, right in the heart of the city next to the spacious main square and within walking distance of most major sights. The hotel features a small but lovely wellness area with a swimming pool and jacuzzi, both equipped with individually adjustable massage elements.

A very nice hotel in Kecskemét center, just a few steps of the main/historical square. We have stayed just one night, so we didn't have time to use the wellness, but just from a view it seems very nice. The inner dinning room is large and spacious and the choice of food for breakfast is sufficient. The lobby for coffe and work is also sufficent.

The parking is not included in the price and even though the hotel was aware that we were travelling with 2 cats they still left dog treats in our room. Cat treats would have been a nice touch.

The location of the property was amazing. The room was pretty clean, even though we traveled with 2 cats and stayed in a room where there have been dogs before our cats had no issue (which means that it was cleaned properly 😁). The breakfast was delicious (hated the coffee though) and there were a lot of options.

The parking is always an issue with me having to walk to the shopping instead of using the parking of the hotel because it is not big enough. Also there were kids running and screaming in front of my room at 6h00am for more than 1h.

I hate to charge to my room. Instead I want to pay for eg dinner, drinks and massage directly. That was not easy - even at the the restaurant and lobby where they had registers and card terminals. Also they started cleaning the rooms before breakfast was finished, so you had to put “do not disturb” sign if you did not want them in while showering or during breakfast. And they did not return later, so I missed cleaning. Those are but small things, I know. Hotel was great apart from this.

Being unable to get the really nice coffees from the reception bar when they were wanted due to opening times and staff availability. Other than that - nothing!

The spa was excellent with very friendly and professional staff. The room was large and comfortable and we really enjoyed the balcony. All the staff were excellent.

Everything was OK - location, staff, comfort level. We stayed only for one night on our way back from vacation and it paid off in the sense that we had a good night sleep, beds were confy, breakfast was very good.

The bells in the church opposite the hotel rang at 6am on Sunday morning, waking the whole family, not acceptable. This is the only reason I would have chosen not to stay here again.

Very nice, cozy hotel, right in the centre of the city. The swimming pool and saunas were really good and provided so much needed relaxation after a long road trip. The staff was very helpful, answering all our questions.

100 stars ⭐️ for the staff. Everyone from the receptionists through the waiters to the wellness staff was extremely kind and professional. The location is top. Rooms can be perceived a little retro, but they’re very spacious. Breakfast and dinner selection is excellent - I loved their coffee. You could also ask extras and they’re happy to serve you. 🙏you can wake up every morning to the beautiful bells of the stunning historical churches playing bell concert.

The provided bathrobe wasn’t white, but rather grey… in the wellness there is no info how to use the saunas, many people go into the cabins and sit on the sauna bench, with no towels underneath…
