We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryThe place is cheap and a mix of worn-out furnishings. There is no air conditioning, so with 33°C outside, it was 32°C inside. The street is noisy, and the hotel itself is also loud. There was no hot water in the shower at 10 PM. Cleanliness and odors were not up to hotel standards. Not suitable for rest or relaxation. The only positive is its location, though parking is only manageable for smaller cars.
The kitchen was overall quite good, offering generous portions of traditional meals. The breakfast included in the room price was also satisfactory.

United KingdomEverything was perfect in that the ambiance of the whole place spoke out about Hungarian hospitality and even the food plates and cups represented such. The room was very large and the WFI was the best I’ve experienced anywhere I’ve travelled. The staff could not have been more helpful and the cleanliness was exceptional. The price was extremely inexpensive but the service was first class. Would definitely recommend it over any of the so called big named hotels which are all much of a muchness. I will stay again

RomaniaRight from check-in we were treated with disrespect by the staff. The room was really dirty and there was an unbearable odor, and the surprise came when we went to get the breakfast. The staff was quite unhappy about us coming. The dishes were very dirty, as were the tables. Also, when we started to eat the breakfast the staff came to ask for our ID cards. Very rude, they could have asked after or before we ate.

Lovely little hotel, staff very polite and friendly. Hospitable place, stayed overnight in transit, had a good dinner, the hotel has its own restaurant and even a wine cellar. United KingdomI guess in this case you really get what you pay for. It was very cheap. Facilities weren’t great and staff could learn a bit about costumer service, but as we only stayed 1 night it didn’t bother us much. Definitely not for longer stays.
Great location, 5 minute walk to all the restaurants, bars, city centre.
