The hotel was comfortable and in a convenient location for getting around Budapest. The room was clean and had what I needed for a short stay. The staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was straightforward. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, suitable if you’re looking for something centrally located.

Nothing - In room Coffee choices could be stronger

Lauren made checkin seamless and was very helpful as I needed to order flowers to take to a relative, as Sunday the florists are closed . The reception desk team were so helpful with the car parking etc. Jason and all the waiters were very attentive and made us feel very welcomed. The spa was a delight to enjoy each day of our stay! Excellent located !

Absolutely everything. Great location. Beautiful hotel, spacious and comfortable room, outstanding service. Also great breakfast and a nice touch was the complimentary wine and cheese with live music for 2 hours every afternoon. And the roof top bar is also a great facility.

A very unique well presented boutique hotel in a fantastic central location

The only tiny thing is no socket at bedside table and just at breakfast the use of tea bags instead of a teapot but these are only immaterial compared to everything else in the hotel.

This hotel is fabulous. The decor is one of the nicest we have seen. The piano floor the piano itself ,glass celling and furnishings. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast range is very good. Skybar is great and we got a seat in it every night no problem. We didn't eat in the skybar, so cannot comment on the food. Location of hotel is perfect for travel and all of the tourist attractions. We could easily return to the hotel at any time The afternoon free wine and cheese offering was great also. We got a free upgrade to suite 4023 which made our trip special , it was beautiful. Especially as we were travelling with our 18 year old son and staying for 5 nights. We had plenty of space and amenities . The hotel overall was so clean and the rooms in our suite smelt brand new. We didn't use the spa facilities.

All the staff were exceptional especially Jason the waiter who was incredibly friendly and made us try lots of different foods for breakfast nothing was too much trouble all staff amazing and the cheese and wine is an extra bonus!

The location was central to all main attractions, the rooms were spacious and comfy, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Marta. Breakfast was delicious and the afternoon snacks during the hot afternoon was a nice addition.

Location was perfect. Everything about the hotel was superb. Our room was upgraded and it was fabulous. We loved the beautiful spa and the first class musicians that performed in the dining area every evening. All staff were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience.
