The playground is covered with artificial grass — natural grass would be a nicer option. I believe there aren't enough parking spaces for such a large facility. Breakfast could be better. The food quality is okay, but the variety is limited.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is near the aqua center — you just need to cross the street to get there. There is a decent playground for children. There are several swimming pools on level -1. I saw employees taking water samples, so I believe the water quality is well controlled.

Our experience with the receptionist was disappointing. Normally, when we check in at a hotel, we expect to be given essential information such as breakfast and dinner times, and details about any available facilities for kids. Instead, we were only told the location of our room, and when we asked a few basic questions, the receptionist was rude, almost laughed at us, and gave us the impression that our inquiries were not important. She even told us to check the QR code for additional information, which we felt was unprofessional, especially for a hotel of this standard. This lack of courtesy and helpfulness left us feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. We believe that for a hotel of this quality, it’s important to provide all necessary information at check-in in a friendly and respectful manner. Despite this, the rest of our stay was enjoyable, but the poor customer service at the front desk was a real letdown

The location is great, right across from Hungarospa Aqua-Palace. You can cross the street with just a bathrobe on, even in winter. But it's not necessarily, because the hotel's wellness offers you everything you need, from the sauna to the thermal water pool. Many parking spaces around the hotel. Helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style. The food is plentiful, very tasty and you can choose from a very wide variety.

The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner, varied and good quality. We appreciated the size of the room and the bathroom. The swimming pool was great, with both hot and cold water, and we really enjoyed the rooms dedicated to children, two options for the little ones to play in their free time.

Would have preferred more vegan options, and some drinks included in the dinner. One of the four pools, the one for relaxation, contained too much chlorine and two of us ended up with eye inflammations (one more serious, had to be taken to a doctor in the middle of the night). The room only had a shower, which was not convenient for us as we had a one-year-old child with us. It was quite challenging to shower a small child in that situation.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room. No drying line in the bathroom. The Spa area is lack supervision, the saunas were not cleaned during the day.

Room was big and new, nice decor, comfy beds, big/small pillows, smart tv, minibar. Staff was very kind and responsive. Food was great, lot of local produce, great soups, at least 3 different meat dishes each dinner. Wine is reasonably priced. Spa has sauna sheets available.

Nothing realy to complain about.

Repeatedly staying in the hotel as having no reason to change. Always highly satisfied with th eservice, staff and room. Hotel has also sufficient parking places for the hotel guests. The big advantage is also the place where the hotel is and acessible in walking distance to heart of the city.

The services at the restaurant are not good, we sit for at least 20 minutes before someone took our drinks order. We had half board and then only had to take orders for drinks, not food so the wait wasn't justified.

The facilities are very nice. Rooms are ok but we got one on the third floor which is not yet renovated. The spa is large and in great condition, had hot, thermal and cold water facilities and a small kids area. The location is great, across the street from the summer baths and 10 minutes from the center. There is a private parking in front.

We had to wait for check in 2 more hours because the room was not ready, we could not use the restaurant in this time, we could not drink anything or use the pool, it was inconvenient cause we were with a baby... No compensation or appologies only some dumb smiles and rised shoulders by the stuff. Some friendly weighters but also other very unprofessional.

Nice hotel, clean, good facilities and very good breackfast and dinner(big variety, and different every day) not to much to visit in the surroundings but a good choice for relaxing days by the pool.
