An amazing place to stay, in a nice quiet area but also a walking distance from all tourist attractions and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and specious and the staff is kind.

Having in mind I do not like to sleep with an AC on, it was a disadvantage for me that I could not switch it off.

Maybe the decor of the room could be a bit better. It’s a bit bare-boned! But the hotel itself is beautiful!

Location is just fantastic! And the breakfast was nice, especially the room and the service :) we had a very kind blonde lady that picked the best table for us!

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering both comfort and convenience. The location is perfect, close to major attractions yet quiet enough to ensure a relaxing stay. The dining experience is also remarkable — the food is fresh, diverse, and beautifully presented. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the feeling of being genuinely cared for as a guest. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would not hesitate to stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

Beautiful spacious room and loved the mural on the wall. Great to have a bathtub as well as a shower. Staff were extremely helpful in answering all our questions. Loved the breakfast - beautiful dining room and lovely array of food - grateful to have some gluten free options as I am coeliac. Enjoyed having a glass of bubbly downstairs, when we arrived back in the afternoons.

The only minor inconvenience was a temporary power outage in the room, caused by a problem with the programming of the electronic key cards. However, once we contacted the reception, the issue was solved very quickly and professionally.

We stayed at Aurea Ana Palace Hotel in August 2025 for just one night, and it was truly a wonderful experience. We booked a double room with a street view, and were immediately impressed by the beautiful historical interior, the impeccable cleanliness, and the hotel's elegant atmosphere. The location is also fantastic – just a short walk to the Parliament and the Danube, yet the area is very quiet. The room was very comfortable – especially the bed, which was perfect for a good night’s sleep. I was pleasantly surprised to find a yoga mat and a clothes steamer in the room — small details that show the hotel's attention to guests’ comfort and needs. The staff was very polite and helpful, both at check-in and when we had a small technical issue. I stayed with my husband, and we agreed together that this hotel offers a perfect mix of history, comfort, and excellent service. We would love to come back for a longer stay next time!

Surely one of the best hotels in Budapest in a landmark building. Everything was great. I especially liked the huge, comfy bed. Location is awesome. I’m a repeat customer.
