We loved staying in this beautiful villa in a quiet residential area of Budapest but with easy access to city attractions by bus/tram or metro. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, tastefully furnished and decorated. Most amazing breakfast menu cooked to order with fresh fruit and with bread and pastries from the excellent bakery/cafe next door. We were made to feel very welcome from the lovely, helpful staff. Our group had two rooms, a single in a large ground floor room and a large double on the first floor with four poster bed and amazing terrace. The hotel only uses eco friendly soap, lotions etc. There is a lovely garden and parking on site. We tried one of the recommended local restaurants for dinner which was excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Budapest.

Quite a walk out of town but this meant it was quiet to sleep

The property was exquisite - beautifully furnished and comfortable. Amazing breakfast that was cooked to order with drinks available all day. Staff were so friendly and made it very personable.

Tiny thing that in the end didn't matter so much to me, but if you are in one of the ground floor rooms (I was in "Paletta") you might hear foot steps from people walking around above you when someone is in the studio apartment on the 1st floor. Other than that it is a very, very quiet place.

I barely ever write reviews but this one needs an exception. I have travelled extensively and stayed in all kinds of accommodations but this has to be easily among the top 3 so far. From the attention to detail, the atmosphere, the stylish and tasteful interior design, the room size and lighting, the wonderful garden, the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast – everything was near perfect. I also really liked the fact, that it felt like a soothing retreat that I would look forward to return to after a busy and exhausting day of sightseeing in the much more crowded and noisy Pest (take the Bus 105 it will bring you downtown and get you back within 15 minutes). The place felt like a second home and I can't wait to get back.

I ate too much because the breakfast was so tasty.

Everything was top notch - from the incredibly soft bed sheets to the warm professionalism of the staff. The house itself is both stunning and unique. There is a great swimming pool within a walking distance that I recommend visiting.

Fantastic boutique hotel, very comfortable clean and modern room, tranquil garden and a great communal kitchen facility. Breakfast choice outstanding and honestly one of the tastiest hotel breakfasts ever!

Even when thinking of what we didn't like I couldn't have think of anything. Even on purpose lack of TV in the room and the venue is afterwards considered as an advantage to rest the mind at least during the stay

The place is fantastic, next to their restaurant with the wonderful garden. If felt like as we are at home. The cosy kitchen with the dining space was perfect spot for the breakfast that we could choose a-la-carte to be brought from the restaurant. Free private parking space was another benefit The location was also perfect for exploring the city center or the nearby Castle either by walk or bus that was in front of the venue. The staff was very pleasant and helpful in every way. Definitely a place to come back

It was a little too cold in the room and we didn't manage to make it warm (21 degrees Celsius might though be ok for the most 😀). There is no door to the bathroom...which we took for a chic cultural thing, but in some cultures it may be awkward...

The staff is amazing, I haven't met such nice and hospitable ladies in such a long time. The room is beautiful, the whole place is so beautiful and cozy and welcoming. The breakfast was out of this world, incredible! The garden is nice and peaceful. We had a very nice short stay.

The design of the room and of the other facilities. An interesting esthetic experience. Combined with utility. I very much liked the secraitaire. The garden, even if it was a bad weather. Full time access to coffee, tea and other beverages. Very good cookies. Obvious care for the well being of the guest. Very nice personnel.

The Gardenhouse is absolutely amazing. The room we booked was perfect with a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The menu for breakfast had lots of great options and the fridge was stocked with free soda and juices. The location was very close to a bus stop that took us to where we wanted to go. The staff was also very friendly.

The place is excellent and has a great serene atmosphere, though top notch. The staff is super friendly and goes extra mile to help. The quality of materials and equipment is top notch, all new and easy to use, room and common area is super clean and tidy. The breakfast is excellent, nutritious and has many options. Moreover, there is also fruits and coffee available throughout the stay, 24/7. The location is great, calm and worth exploring around by foot. There are many nice places around, friendly to kids. Wile not in the city centre, it is just 20 minutes walk to the Buda castle, and transport network is good developed and can bring you anywhere. Definitely would love to stay again and it is a great value for money
