Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaFinding the property was a little hard in the dark, and we did feel as if we were having innthe wrong direction, but once we entered the reception car park, all worries were gone. This property is a hidden gem. The decor throughout is stunning. Breakfast was brilliant. We only wish we had more time to explore the property more. Perfect location to Budapest Airport. Close enough that there is no worries but far enough away to be completely removed from the hassle , bustle and noise of airport districts. Perfect property and we will definitely return when next in Hungary.

RomaniaI understand the language barrier, even if at the reception and the restaurant staff is speaking some good and understandable languages, the signs in the spa, wellness and pool are could do better! No English at least in the Sauna area (there are multiple sauna types at the hotel but when you don't have experience with it, it's hard to understand what to do right). The translation from Hungarian to English from the „büdösbogár" is not right. They aren't bed bugs but other flying bugs that don't do harm and they live in forests. When you read what's written on the paper it is wrong....Bed Bugs are something else and nasty things, your hotel doesn't have any (hopefully)(Ágyi poloska) and if you have them then... There's so much space in the rooms and still no fridge? Tsc Tsc Tsc....
The pine forest where the unit is built is very very quiet! The cleanliness in the rooms was okay, I didn't feel that it needed something more. Dinner was enough, like a menu type where you can choose between two types of main course and two types of second course. I didn't feel that I was hungry but the soup bowl still amazes me as an eastern European (it's like a tea mug but a little bigger). Swimming in the outside pool was mesmerizing since we were only two couples in the entire Wellness area, swimming alone in a cloudy weather under the tree pines was very relaxing!

RomaniaThe bathroom was not really 4 star hotel standards but good. The cleaning products have a strong smell and there was a perfume smell in the room that we did not like and we felt it even if we slept with the window open all night. Also the sheets smelled like detergent quite strong.
The area around the hotel is amazing, with a pine forest that smells incredibile in thw evening. The pools and sauna are good and clean. The staff was great. Very nice stay.

IsraelThe location was perfect for us—close to the airport and convenient for our travel plans. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, but unfortunately not very professional. The spa facilities were a real highlight—well-maintained and relaxing. The water in the pool was a little on the cool side, but overall the experience was great. A special thanks to the spa staff member, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. Breakfast was disappointing and didn’t feel worth the effort. We had planned to have dinner at the hotel, but no one mentioned that it was a buffet-style setup. Once we found out, we decided to skip it and ended up enjoying a nice dinner at a restaurant a few kilometers away, which belongs to another hotel.

The ambiance of the hotel and surroundings is peaceful with very friendly staff at reception, the restaurant and wellness area. Breakfast was delicious with well prepared hot dishes and plenty of pastries and fruits.
