How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

I didn't like the lack of air conditioning
The location is excellent, and I love the fact that tbe staff sends you a tutorial on how to get there, they also respond fast to messages.

No hooks or anywhere to hang thing's in the bathroom, the mattress could be on a bed base rather than just on the floor.
The location is excellent right next to public transport so easy to get around. The communications for getting into the property were excellent and there is a washing machine that can be used included in the rate. This was brilliant. The common kitchen was good. The room was basic but nice, no air con but a great fan. Lots of hangers to use for drying clothes and I love there was doors to open to the outside v small balcony.

Since it's facing a main road, you can hear traffic noise at all times. It's common in big cities, but sensitive people might find it bothersome.
The hostel is very close to the metro and has a fully private room with its own bathroom, so it was just right for a simple solo stay.

The steps to the bed were steep, and I had to think twice before starting the journey.
Room was really decent for the money, I didn't have any big issues.

The bed was on the gallery, but that was a minor issue.
I booked 2 rooms for my and my friend, check in was easy. May that was the best price per value hotel I booked in the last 1 year. The location is right next to the metro and tram stations. Bed was comfortable.

The check in and out process was super easy. Very clear instructions for locating and accessing the building. The location is right next to the metro and team line, so public transport is super easy to find. There are kitchen facilities, kettle, microwave, fridge. You are able to store your luggage before and after check out, not as securely as other places, but I felt comfortable leaving it there. The host was very quick, friendly and helpful with replies

There is a mold in the bathroom, please fix it. If we knew there was this issue, we probably would not book the room because that is a safety hazard. Also, for my partner it was a bit cold in the room (it was around 0 degrees outside at night) and the radiators were mostly medium warm.
The people at the reception were great and super helpful. I really liked the fact they answered right away when needed. Explanations how to get to the hostel were very clear. The location is great, good connection with transport and very close to the city center.

There is no bed in the room, only mattress on the floor but about this hostel usually inform before your stay. The mattress is comfortable, but for cold period of time is little bit cold to sleep on floor.
First of all I like location. The hostel is located in the city center. The value of the money and price is very good. The room is enough big. There is shared kitchen with all necessary equipment. Availability of private bath is big plus.

The walls could use a hand of paint, especially in the bathroom. The towels smelled a little weird.

The shower was a bit original (no curtains, just a direct shower in a bathroom, be careful with the water all around), but it played its role so it was fine.

The building to get in is a little "scary" But this is not a problem.
Very central. a good connection to the city. Quite . Of course very simple. For the money I could not expect more. But it is recommended.

Nothing to complain about considering the price point, it's "no frills" but that's to be expected.
Spacious and central accommodation for a very reasonable price, it's all you need and there's lots of storage.
