The aircondition didn’t work at night (when we left they said that it works only if it is above 22 C outside). During the night the room was hot and we couldn’t open the window as wee were on the street.

I took the big room, but I should have taken a smaller room with a balcony, that does not face the street. The staff was very nice and the spa was great

Excellent property in every way - except the bathroom showers are incredibly small and cramped. Too short for anyone other than a midget, and so narrow that you keep bumping into the control valve handle every time you turn around. The showers are sub-par for such a nice hotel property. Need to be upgraded.

The instructions in the room were mostly in Hungarian (I’m not sure if there were English versions available).

The room was super comfy and spacious, with a cozy bed. The bathroom was really clean and had everything we needed. The spa area was definitely the best part of the hotel—the saunas, pool, and jacuzzi made it easy to relax and enjoy. The hotel has a family-friendly vibe, and there were quite a few families with young kids while we were there. Breakfast had loads of choices, and even though dinner had fewer options, everything we tried was super tasty. I still can’t stop thinking about the goulash soup—it was amazing!

Food were not labelled properly, I have to ask to staff if they were meat or veg. Sometimes it was labelled but not correctly like soup was labelled as beans soup then later when I asked there was meat (?pork)

There is only one beer from the local Borsod brands on offer, which should definitely be better. The promotion of local products is significantly better everywhere. The restaurant and bar opening hours (until 9 pm) are not enough for people who came to rest and relax. There is free wireless connection, but there are areas where the signal is relatively poor (bar in front of the restaurant, for example).

Everything that is the content of the previous questions, the friendliness of the staff, the food offerings and the comfort. The SPA offer is small but sufficient for relaxation.

Modern and comfortable accommodation. We traveled with our son and had a spacious family suite. Very clean and nicely furnished room, 2 balconies, view of greenery. The breakfasts were rather average, the pastries were not always fresh. The dinner buffet was good, but don't expect any great gastronomy. Parking was easy (in the hotel garden), although getting out of the full parking lot with the SUV was a bit more difficult (cars park close to each other). We appreciate the short walk to the spa. There is cold water in the caves. We loved it in the hot summer but would be disappointed in the winter. There are a few restaurants around the hotel, but only one small shop if you want to buy water to drink for example. Drinks from the minibar are sold at the reception, but water only in small bottles.
