The room was dirty since the day I arrived. The staff didn't clean the room deeply in the five days we stayed there, they did only superficial cleaning. Plus, the bed wasn't in good condition.

The staff was really kind, and the hotel it's well communicated. The rooms were larger than I thought, and provided with a small kitchen (only to heat things, not cook). The views from the windows were amazing.

Staff is rude and ignorant Surprised when I wanted to check in ( stated the time of arrival beforehand) Asked for business invoice, apparently they had difficulties to provide it,but managed at the end As parking is a nightmare around here,asked them if they can exchange some larger bills, obviously been told that is company police not to,with an ignorant face. Have bought 3 bottles of soft drinks separately,so I got my change at the end(had to ask for the invoice too as for them it was so normal that I paid cash Empty shower gel,no hand wash provided Wallpaper moldy and peeling off Broken hair dryer and something poking out of the wall that I cannot identify 🙄 Definitely not coming back again

It is very Far from the city and metro stations. There is no restaurant in the hotel and even in the neighborhood. It requires over 30 minutes to get food.

we booked breakfast, which should be until 10 o'clock. We was at 9 am in the lobby and there was nothing left for breakfast.

Towels were dirty/with stains, although they said they were clean. In the other rooms the towels were still wet but folded (as if prepared for us/new guests) The stairs to the rooms and lobby seem a bit sketchy… Spiders and webs in the rooms, door handles were falling off in some rooms They should definitely clean or fill up the syphons in the bathroom/shower. The smell that came out was horrible. Maybe it wasn’t even from the syphons… just the smell was bad, so when you entered the room itself it made you feel as if it is unclean and dirty.

The old fashioned classic look on the pictures made it look amazing, in reality its not as beautiful as it looks unfortunately.

Room outdated and have a lot of broken things like curtain, bathroom handle, stuff around the bed. No iron or kettle to make a coffee. No parking next to hotel. Mold in the bathroom and dirty carpet, beds were not so comfy as you can feel that mattress passed it's time long ago.

There were not enough towels unfortunately. Also, during the day it got pretty hot and there was no AC in the room so we struggled a bit with the heat, otherwise everything else was OK!

The staff was very helpful and the room was nice and clean. Quiet and peaceful location so we got a good night's rest after we came back to the hotel. The hotel is well conected with the bus and tram lines so we managed to get pretty easily where we wanted to.

The property was pretty far from town and you had to walk about 10 minutes just to get a tram. It was SO hot and the air conditioning was broken. We only got one bad fan. The bathroom was also quite dirty with ants crawling around.

There wasn't doors to the shower so all bathroom was in the water. The power went off several times. That isn't big deal but it's worth mentioning.

Carpet needed cleaning / change. Breakfast needs lot of improvement.

Bathrooms were clean but carpet was old & torn from some places and was dirty. Room size and bed were okay but pillows were broken and uneven. Staff was good and courteous. Breakfast was not ready at time. Was very minimalist e.g. cereals / musli was there but milk was missing and bread were missing and had to ask staff to provide for milk and bread.

Quite far from the city centre and 30 mins walk from the main train station. Outdated and in need of modernisation. The drain to the shower was possibly blocked and the water leaked in to the bedroom (not great) and what I thought was a fridge turned out to be a freezer!
