No hot water to take a shower. Disappointment

There was no light above the door or anywhere just outside the entrance, made it hard and a bit unsafe when trying to open the door to get in, You have yo use phone torch to open the internal door. You feel unsafe because someone could be watching especially on the stairs leading to the floor above.

The place is beautiful and fully equipped.tje place is in the perfect spot in the middle of everything. The indictations and recommendations of the staff are really good and accurate. They were always available and helping

I can't think of anything bad to say about the apartment or the area it is located in.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and right in the area I wanted to stay. It's close to the Grand Market and is also located on a pedestrian street so no traffic at night. I had good communication with the property owners too.

The shower. The shower definitely disappointed us… jacuzzi is very good, the bathroom is big but the shower is very small and the water was cold all the time. We needed to take a shower inside the jacuzzi because the tap didn’t stop fixed. At least we had the jacuzzi to take a shower!

Located in the center of the city, it created great opportunities for transportation to must-see places, and all kinds of items in the house created perfection for accommodation. It was clean and comfortable. It didn't cause any problems, thank you Diana

Not much I can think of which is unacceptable

It'd be hard for anyone not falling in love with Budapest. If you happen to choose Diana for your stay it'd undoubtedly adding more joy to your stay. Diana offers a well equipped, spacious, clean and highly functional apartment located cross road to the market hall which provides easy access to public transports. The team operate Diana are highly professional, deserve a big thumb up for their superior customer services.

Nothing, everything was fine.

The apartament looks great, it has everything necessary for a stay in Budapest. It is located in the city center and it is close to everything so far. Great personnel as well! Totally recommended.

The water temperature in the shower was difficult to regulate - very touchy adjustment between hot and cold

The location was excellent as it was very close to the bus, tram and metro so you could get anywhere in the city very easy. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was very spacious as well. They had a washing machine right in the apartment that you could use and due to the size of the apartment there was plenty of room to set up a place for the clothes to dry. They had plenty of lights, plugs and could adjust room temperature if needed.

One of the days there was a blocked drain smell coming from the shower but we only experienced this one afternoon. Would have been helpful to have had late checkout. But we were able to leave our luggage at the agent's office.

Warm, spacious and quiet with all the amenities required for a short or longer stay. Comfy bed, large bath. Secure with lift to apartment.

the bed was so soft not that comfortable. heating is not working the apartment is in 18-20 degrees inside . shower handle is broken. washing machine is not working too.the water thermo is near in the bed and it was loud at night.

the property it was big, kitchen utensils are complete, it has a huge bathtub. towels and bed linens are all clean. it is near to all the attractions

The only thing that could have been issue was getting into the apartment in the first place as we needed a key fob to get into the building, but once we were inside the host was really welcoming, friendly, and informative and he spoke excellent English :))

The location was amazing, right by the river and easy access to all of the main sites in Budapest - we managed to see everything we wanted within 2 days so a prime location to use as a base. It was absolutely spotless, very clean, and the host was lovely - he came down to meet us and show us into the apartment. Even though we didn't use the kitchen facilities, it was well equipped and again very tidy. The whole apartment had a really nice vibe, it felt very homely and cosy.

Lack of AC was a killer for us, coming from Scotland. My fault for obviously not making sure that filter was on when searching. But it meant we slept little.
