Location, staff, price, food, spa, free cancellation.

Small bathroom, renovation needed.

The staff were very nice. The surrounding forest is beautiful. The town is cozy.

The wifi was not safe which was bad because I was on a work trip. I could hear the person next door turning around in their bed and masturbating, so sound insulation was bad. There was water damage in the ceiling of my room which could possibly be bad for travellers who are vulnerable to molds.

The location, the food, the staff. It is so quiet, it is cold at night even in the middle of the summer, which was great. The inside pool is not very hot but good for a swim, the jacuzzi is so relaxing, there is a small pool for kids which was a bit more heated, a one person sauna was open and was ok but not as hot as others I have been but we could have asked the staff to make it hotter as they are so helpful, but we enjoyed it nevertheless. At the reception and restaurant the staff spoke English which was nice, overall we enjoyed our stay. We had breakfast where they were omelette, sunny side up eggs, yoghurt, fruits, waffles, bread, butter, jam, hot dogs (crenvurști). The coffee and juice is from a machine, not great but drinkable. The evening food was really really good, they had oven roast (ceafă la cuptor), Gordon bleu (snitzel stuffed with ham and cheese), potatoes with onions, salad, rice, noodles, all buffet style. Dessert was at our choice, from about 5 items and we choose cheese stuffed crepes with a strawberry sauce and ice-cream with fruit salad, both tasty. You come here for the location and stay for the food 😁

Outdated furniture, bath without hand soap, just 2 shower gels provided, the shower had a curtain which is unpleasant as it sticks to the skin when showering.

There were no towels in the bathroom.

There was a pool and sauna and jacuzzi, but no steam room or hot/cold baths.

The location is really good, the rooms are also very good. The guys at the restaurant are truly professional, helpful and they are having a good English knowledge. It was a good idea to trust them and follow their recommendation regarding the dinner, about both food and drinks. For ale beer lovers, I would recommend the Soproni IPA. The prices at the restaurant were decent and the food was good. Unfortunately I hadn't time to try the pool and the spa, but as I saw from outside, the guests were looking happy.

They asked both of us for the ID-s, which did not happen before, at least in Bosnia, Slovenia and Serbia. Second, the coffee at the breakfast was a bit disappointing for a place such this. Fortunately, the experience with the dinner was much better.

Old and not so good furniture. Bathroom ... no comment. Room size is good but not so much furniture and things in the room.
