Perfect location. Really enjoyed the town. Friendly people everywhere. The Lake was pretty novel and was unexpectedly alot of fun for the family. Great value.

The breakfast is served nearby (5 min walking). The room was rather small but very nice and seemed to be recently renowated. The place is in the center of the city but slightly aside, giving you the feeling of very quiet place.

The room is located on the attic floor, the elevator only goes up to the second floor, and then we have to carry all our belongings up the stairs. When we booked the room, we didn't realize it was an attic. Also, there are no dishes in the room, not even a spoon.

We stayed in a family room. Everything was very clean and pleasant, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. The breakfast at the restaurant across the street is excellent.Perfect location, very close from termal lake.

Nice big apartments. They provide an a la carte breakfest in the near restaurant. The breakfats was good with a big selection of different meals. The location is ideal close to the Heviz lake nad to different restaurants.

Hotel location is just perfect! We had parking within hotel yard and it is extremely easy to find. Rooms were very cosy, entire hotel decoration is in style and makes you feel at home... Beds are quite comfortable, bathroom is spacious and equipped as expected. We had breakfast in our package and it was in nearby brewery, but had no complaint for this whatsoever. It is within few minutes walk from Heviz lake, what was perfect and U don't have any need to use car to circulate in city centre and Heviz lake. All together = highly reccomended!

The decoration of the bedroom is really cute. There was a nice bathtub too. Location is great, near to restaurants and thermal water.

Breakfast was absolutely bad, even coffee. Staff were not pleasant and helpful.

Location is close to the food market, lake and tourist's places. Room isolation can be better. Refrigerator was very loud.

The owner and the breakfast restaurant staff don’t speak any English. They are not friendly and helpful. It’s not suitable for foreigners.

It’s closed to the but station and center in a 15-minute walk distance at a quiet area.

They charged an extra €12 fee even though i booked a different room and they didn’t mention extra fees upfront on their booking profile.

At the reception the employe didn't know how to talk english which makes it hard to communicate with foreign costumers. Also there (at the reception) was an open room (staff room) that was very messy and some things were broken. That made the first interaction with the hotel very bad.

Food from restaurant you have partnership with was really great. Also hotel has enough space to feel comfortable.

- There was no hot water in the mornings - Non competent staff - All windows to the road with a big junction, little bit noisy - A balcony is shared between two rooms - Walls are made from cardboard, you have more people in your room than expected - squeaking bed - no water in a corridor - no teapot and tea/coffee in the room - room was cleaned only once in 3 days - Small room

The rooms on the ground floor were very dark during the day. In one of the rooms there was a terrible smell in the bathroom, and also in the room if the door was open --> problem with siphon :(. On sunday they have no butter on the breakfast, only margarine.
