Excellent all

There was nothing we did not like, to the contrary we liked everything.the staff.

Clean, location and parking very good

Breakfast was about 10min of walking away.

It’s disappointed that no Hungarian channel on the tv, just German and Austrian. there is sewage smell in the bathroom which should be paid more attention. And Fixed price dinner and lunch shown on the booking actual is menu dish with 20%discount at another restaurant nearby , we couldn’t have a normal dinner because it’s full inside when we arrived, it should be modified on the website when it’s not offered. The price is similar to 4 star hotels, but more service should be offered for this price. Should pay attention that Check in time is short.

Deposit box lock didn't work. Bed and light switches locations are a little bit inconvenient. You may turn lights on while asleep

Everything was perfect. Clean, spacious, close to Lake Heviz. The lady from the reception office, such a lovely lady!

It was close to center and all facilities

The apartment was really well equipped and comfortable. The hotel staff was very kind. Parking place was provided for every guest. Elevator is available in the building.

The TV cable channels were unstable, the staff said that there was some change at the provider and they are working on improvement. The WiFi was sometimes a bit slow (but streaming was continuous). The breakfast is in the Hofbrau restaurant nearby and there is some place for improvement: 1. on the first day the hot meals were nearly cold despite we arrived almost at start of breakfast 2. caffee latte is not included in the all you can eat breakfast (?) 3. there is no motion sensor (for the lights) in the male toilet cabin, only outside, so you can easily end up in almost complete darkness...

Very good location, everything was clean. Apartment's equipment was excellent. There was no buffet at the breakfast but we could order several dishes and all of them were tasty and good quality. We enjoyed our stay. Pension is worth recommending.

Poor breakfast, lady on the reception didnt speak any English so comunication was a bit difficult.

It's a beautifully renovated hotel, sparkling clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great too.

The only thing I found lacking is that they didn't provide shampoo and bath gel or coffee/tea in the room.

So clean and well positioned. The host greeted us and was lovely, we used Google translator to communicate as we don’t speak Hungarian. I was very happy to see that it had a lift to the third floor. The bathroom was large and the beds very comfortable.

Breakfast was an exceptional experience. Rich taste and freshness.

It close to the lake, no problem with parking, grate breakfast in the restaurant nearby, where you can choose from the breakfast menu. Clean, comfortable, nice host.

The price is rather high for this area.

most of the facilities was in high standard and comfortable.

In the first night we got an impossible room without a window! we complained and got another room much much better. the breakfast was 100 m from the hotel and was not as published in the internet perhaps because it's out of season. for us it was less than we expected!

Rooms are very comfortable and overall design of the house is very beautiful
