The staff in the hotel restaurant did not speak English. They gave us a Hungarian menu, even though it was obvious that we were foreigners and it was very difficult to order something. The toilet paper in my room was not complete.

Very clean and nice hotel, had everything we needed, even a hair dryer. Breakfast was hearty and delicious.

The guy at the breakfast restaurant was pretty lazy. Many people were coming about 30 minutes before the end. We would expect him to automatically set the empty tables, or at least replenish the missing juice glasses, coffee cups, and ask the chef to refill the food that had already run out. Instead, he just stood there and people had to ask him for each glass or cup individually.

The hotel has a great location right in the city center, which is beautiful (lots of greenery, water features, churches of various denominations, Art Nouveau architecture...). The rooms are smaller, but quite adequate. Everything was clean, the staff at the reception was kind. The hotel only has 15 parking spaces in the garage, but parking on the street in front of the hotel was no problem (free parking on weekends).

We don ´t like an extra bed for our daughter. It was an old folding lounger with a mattress, which folded when you sat down and flipped over at night. In the offer is written parking place. After order the response from the hotel was they can ´t manage the place. The early comers will get the place.

We had a nice room but the hotel needs to put a shower curtain up in the bath. Showering without a curtain leaves water on the floor around the bath which can be dangerous if you slip on it. Our room was clean but noticed new carpets in the corridor which could have been extended to the rooms. Noticed signs of age in the corners of the room where some dust gathered.

Great breakfast and good choice. Location is very close to the town canter. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. We had a parking space in the underground carpark which was a bonus as it kept the car cool we had over 30 degrees C during our stay.

Room was a bit noisy (noise from reception area, neighboring rooms and restaurant). Room was not super-clean (bread crumbs, piece of broken glass), but ok.

Perfect location for a city trip to Kecskemet. Efficient reception. Comfortable bed. Nice outdoor area for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast selection ok.

AC / heating was a centralised system so the thermostats in the room did nothing. It was 20 to 24°C outside. However, because the hotel heating was on, our first floor room was over 30°C at all times. Had to sleep with the window open and no covers to get a comfortable night's sleep.

Very comfortable hotel, recently refurbished. Easy to find, close to city centre, but no immediate (within 100m) other facilities (shops, restaurants). Didn't have a car. Breakfast was good - cooked sausages & scrambled egg, coffee & tea and unlimited juice; cereal & yogurt pots; some rools & bread, cold meats, cheese, jams & fruit. Spacious twin bed room, with plenty of electrical sockets. Didn't appear to be very busy (Early April weekend).

The small fridge in the room was right next to the bed which made sleeping uncomfortable, however staff acknowledged the indicated noisy fridge and helped.

Staff is friendly and their assistance was good when needed anything or asked something. The hotel's location is excellent, easy to reach almost everything from there. Their dinner meals are in big portion.

The room was very small. Although we requested a room with a double bed, we were accommodated in a room with two single beds. We were offered a larger room. We didn’t bother them again, but I wondered why they didn’t offer it to us from the start. I also noticed here, as in many other accommodations, the pillows are thick and too high. I wish there were two types of pillows available.

When we booked the hotel room we selected that we wanted one large bed, but instead we got 2 small beds, when we complained about it to the receptionist she said they can't give us another room since the hotel is full. She suggested that we could push the two beds together, which we did but this is definitely not something I would expect from a hotel. I hope next time the hotel will pay attention to what the guests want and not put the staff and the guests in such an embarrassing situation. 🙂

The bathroom is a bit odd, shower and toilet are in the same room, and I don’t know why, because it is not that tiny. There would be space to install a shower door to avoid making the toilet wet.

The road from M5 to Kecskemet is not so good. But that is not the hotels fault. Strange is how bathroom works. Shower and toilet together, no protection between them, making it wet everywere using the shower

Nice place to spend time when travelling from a to b. Comfortable with everything you ever need from a hotel. Restaurant offers food at the top level. Really something to look forward to, and the price of food is not scary. Parking is safe and protected. So we highly recommend this hotel with its professional staff.
