I wish we could stay longer

High quality materials, nice new looking room, amazing spa, wine katedralis, lovely service. Can not wait to return!

The fact that there were just a few staff people who spoke english. Also, the pool near the hotel even though it was open until 7pm, we were informed at 6:45pm that the poil is already closed. The queen bed is actually made form two small beds put together, so beware of the gap between beds

The location and the hotel are amaizing. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. There are a lot of activities that you can do around.

Could do with some more varied desserts in the restaurant, such as ice cream or sorbet. Perfect for after meals

We booked 2 massage and had to go to the spa that is open for daily visits and it seemed more like a physical therapy center than an actual spa. The massage itself was nice but i would have appreciated a more comfortable setting. The staff dont speak a lot of English. Which I don’t think they have to, it was just kind of funny trying to communicate and in a 4star hotel i would think languages would be more fluid. I would also say i wish the bar was easier to get drinks as it is by payment but didn’t seem always available.

Loved how new and clean it was. The spa has 2 parts, one inside hotel and than another part that is open to daily visits. The spa side was definitely our favorite. I loved the little details they offered for our daughter, a potty, robe, & plates for her at dinner, that was all very appreciated. The kids play room is gorgeous. The property itself is huge, we got to pet horses and I think in the summer has a lot to offer outside. The food was overall good.

Have stayed twice now. Hotel is very quiet and seems to get very few customers in October to December.

Hotel is new and looks amazing, Spa is lovely and ground are well maintained.

No Housekeeping this stay..... My suite was not touched, cleaned, bed not made, dirty towels not swapped for clean ones.. Never have i ever had that happen before... in all the times I have stayed at the hotel... Premium Hotel, really luxurious, comfortable and welcoming but I feel very disappointed. I did tell the reception team.... whilst I was at the hotel. Not sure anything will be done but I really hope it's looked into, can't disappoint customers with poor housekeeping.

I stay here a lot and love the Hotel and facilities. Nothing is too much trouble normally

Breakfast very poor, little choice and rather unhealthy. Booked 2 separate beds but there was one larger bed with very soft and thick matress. You wake up the other person when moving around on the bed, plus you have a feeling of being able to fall off the bed because of the soft thick mattress. Price (online, last minute) was absolutely inadequate to the standard.

Hotel located on a very nice plot of land with lots of green. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately did not have time to check the spa, that could have improved the rating perhaps.
