Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustriaFood. It is a wellness hotel however we could mostly choose from fatty and unhealthy foods. Barely any healthy option. Not at all suitable for vegeterians or vegans.
Location is very beutiful, there are many programs for children. Our room was big and spacious.

It is a good hotel for a weekend. The staff and food are amazing. There is a program for the children. And the castle is worth to visit.

United KingdomThe room really needs updating. We really don’t like the carpet. It makes the room dark and out dated.
Beautiful swimming pool and outdoor area. Remind us of Spain or Italy. Love going to the pool and looking up is the castle. The show is superb! The staff is friendly and helpful. Also enjoy the children disco too.

HungaryI was disappointed with the beef stew's texture during my recent visit. The meat was overcooked and tough, detracting from the overall dining experience. For a dish of this caliber, I expected a more tender and succulent quality. There was a door between 2 guest rooms and the neighbours were very loud until 3am. At least we had an extra bed which was useful as an insulation as you can see at the pictures. The other side of the room was a cleaning tool room, so the early morning was very noisy too at 7am. Luckly the staff gave a new room and that was quiet.
Second night dinner was super, delicious and tasty aswell the breakfasts. The staff is very helpful and polite.

HungaryThe hotel is overpriced compared to the offerings and being a 4star superior: the room design is old fashioned, the bathroom was very poorly organized, old hair dryer, worn towels, no toiletries. We booked a double bed room and received a room with 3 single beds. The staff was kind and quick to change but had an extra price. Coffee at breakfast was very very bad.
The hotel has a very nice surroundings and view to the castle from the reception (if you want the same view from your room, it has an extra charge). The wellness area is spacious, nice design. Food was tasty, good variety. Staff was very friendly. Extra program of knight tournament included in the package free of charge. Bar, billiard, table tennis available, free parking.

AustriaConstant music in the courtyard and loud live music EVERY. SINGLE. EVENING. Old and loud air conditioning unit in the room. Did not feel as family/kid friendly as it was advertised, especially for younger kids. No dark curtains or blinds were available in the room.
Breakfast and dinner was various and delicious. Wellness facilities and services were excellent. Many pools, indoors and outdoors, great for kids as well. EV charging station. The view on the castle.
